Jon/Tech diagnosed our oven repair in a timely fashion. He was polite & explained things very well. Unfortunately, he did not have both parts he needed but within a few days he returned with a new board & ignitor. A slight hiccup on the quote $$ vs.the repair $$ but Eric addressed the concern and resolved the issue very professionally. We have an oven again. Thank You.

Trevor came this morning promptly to check our washing machine. He gave us an estimate on repairs we chose not to do. He was super good! Highly Recommend him and the company!

A big thank you to Andy's Appliance Repair for fixing my Speed/Microwave oven! Nathan H.is great. He got the job done and we are thrilled. It was easy scheduling an appointment with Andy's and they do a great job of communicating - confirmation email sent day before and phone call day of appointment from technician advising time of their arrival I highly recommend Andy's Appliance Repair.

We has an issue with our washing machine. The service and technician were top notch! Very quick and informative. They fixed the issue quickly and double checked everything to make sure we were happy and the issue was resolved. Can't say enough great things about this company!

First, I want to say thank you. Trevor was very helpful and honest about what I needed to do to fix my ice maker. I will always call Andy's for any future appliance repair needs. I will refer Andy's to my coworkers and customers at my store.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt service.

My new refrigerator's freezer door was not fully closing or sealing, and there were broken pieces in the bottom.
Trevor found the root causes in no time, and checked every possibility to be certain.
He helped me understand everything he was doing, and provided a great fix while the parts we on order.
Once the parts arrived, Trevor followed up and got everything installed quickly and with great care.

Andy's was great coordinating the repair, parts, warranty, and appointments. Email and phone contact with live people, a no-nonsense automated system for confirmations, and great staff and repairs.

Trevor really knows his stuff, and I would trust him and Andy's with any and all of my future appliance repairs. Thanks so much!

Trevor, our repairman, was awesome. After a disappointing experience with a competitor of Andy’s, Trevor was able to identify the root cause of our problem with our built-in refrigerator. I most appreciate his knowledge, follow-thru and professionalism. Should we have any future problems with any of our appliances, I will be calling Andy’s.

I had to use the warranty on my refrigerator because a part got broken in shipping and installation. This is the company that was used as a third party to complete the repair. After being sent the wrong part more than once by the manufacturer, the repair person made sure to go above and beyond because of the inconvenience it was causing me. You have amazing people.

They called us back and refunded 110. It’s still expensive for us. (I ordered a diagnosis for washer the man came and said lid lock is gone and fixed it total charge was $347. The washer still didn’t work that day so he came next day and said some board is also hone and will gonna cost $250 more. If if told us before that total will gonna cost is 600 I would have bought a new one with 10 years of warranty. This is so not done what the company did. Not acceptable at all.)

After my experience with Andy’s I will never use them again.

It was clear my fridge was not properly defrosting. After 4 visits with Andy’s Repair, about $380, and several weeks later my fridge was still not defrosting. The Andy’s tech that came was very nice, but did not spend anytime opening up my fridge and looking at the unit to better diagnose the issue. All he did was check to make sure the fan was working. He ended up replacing the jazz board based on the assumption that is what tends to be the issue with my model of fridge and said there could be a possibility the new jazz board might be faulty. Over several visits, he told me all the other parts of the defrost system couldn’t be checked, that it would have to be a “trickle down repair” meaning he would have to replace one part at a time to see if that would fix it and continue to move to the next part if needed. He said it could continue to take time and money to fix the problem, possibly run into other issues, and even recommended replacing the whole fridge.

So, I contacted a different appliance repair company to get a second opinion because of time and money spent and not trusting what I was being told to do by Andy’s. The 2nd company came in and checked ALL parts of the defrost system to find out that all the other parts were in fact working and concluded that it was most likely a new faulty jazz board that was replaced by Andy’s. He said it could have been that the jazz board replaced was not a whirlpool jazz board or maybe was a refurbished one. I don’t know because the Andy’s repair tech never did tell me what brand of jazz board he used. The 2nd company replaced the jazz board with a whirlpool jazz board, did a very thorough job and had a very quick turnaround time. I did not contact Andy’s repair to redo the work because of the time it took them to set up appointments and I no longer trusted their work.

In the meantime, it took me a couple of attempts and persistence to get ahold of the manager at Andy’s repair to discuss my experience and by that time I was so frustrated in dealing with them I did not call them back and unsure if they would in fact give me some money back.

Also, if you look this company up on Better Business Bureau. They are not accredited and have a terrible rating.
