Andy's Kirkwood went with a friend all the staff working that day was teenagers look like they were running around without leadership just trying to get it done Plus the drive-thru was full and a lot of young teenagers were there getting treats that day

Excellent place to satisfy your sweet tooth urges. Can't hardly go wrong with a custard treat! Especially when it's accompanied by fast friendly customer service!

Always delicious and always great service. A wonderful outing on a warm summer evening. Or heck, anytime your sweet tooth is calling. Even if it's the middle of the winter!

I ordered a brownie concrete and all I got was a hard uncrushed piece of brownie. Save your money dont risk buying from here. Definitely not worth it.

Class act! In the first degree! Something was broken and they could not fix anything but, they were still giving away free cups of ice cream when they could have just sent all the employees home and closed up shop. Well done! I will definitely return and looking forward to trying one of your treats.

Always a great place to stop rather it be to end your night or in between your plans. I love their strawberry tea and their custard

They are super dog friendly here and my dog loves going so she can get her puppy cone. We love going as well. Everything we order is always so good! Service is great!

Love the variety of fruits they have to mix into a shake! Try a vanilla shake with raspberry and pineapple. It's incredible, trust me! Otherwise, plenty of other options are available.

We’ve enjoyed Andy’s since we lived in Springfield, MO! The Kirkwood location is friendly and clean. People of all ages and even their pets are welcome. They’re located south of the busy part of Kirkwood Rd so parking wasn’t an issue. There may be a line, but it’s worth the wait!

The young man at the drive through window smashed a bug on the counter and then grabbed my order and a spoon and handed it to me. I told him to go wash his hands and get me two new spoons and he said that he was sorry and did the right thing the second time around. Gross. Don't forget that you work in food service, folks!

Ordered a chocolate malt and it was more like chocolate milk. I have never had a malt this bad. Back to Culver’s for my malts. My wife ordered a blackberry concrete and it had hardly any blackberries in it.

I was about to use the bathroom when an Andys employee was about to use it as well. I let him go ahead, assuming he'd be quick. Then Ryan (his name) decided to take over 5 min and DROP A DUMP. The audacity of this man.

Usually, I would say they are wonderful but not when I'm a third into my concrete and find a hair which I just kept pulling out of the ice cream. When I returned it the guy simply said sorry and turned throwing it in the trash behind him.

This was my first visit! Got the Three-crete, and it was exactly what I wanted. Peanut butter, banana and cookie dough. Fantastic.

A little underwhelming. Sorry, but no whip cream on a hot fudge sundae. Hmm & my strawberry shortcake cake was hard. Yeah, I don't think so.

Custard is always great. Even your dog can get a sample cone.
We have always loved this location, but the last 2 times we've been there it has a strong sewer smell and the entire area needs a good cleaning. The ground is black and sticky.

Second favorite ice cream location in Saint Louis behind Ted Drewe's. However that's not to say that this place isn't good. I love this establishment

This place has the best custard, best customer service & best atmosphere! So much fun to get a sweet treat here. Don’t worry about the walk up or drive thru line, these kids work so hard to give everyone a high quality efficient experience - try it once and Andy’s will be your go-to for dessert!

I went for the first time tonight and made my own concrete. When I got my order I didn’t even realize it wasn’t right until the guy that rang me out pointed out my order was wrong. I told him it was no big deal I’m content but he insisted on making a new concrete for me. It was very kind to see such above and beyond service. I’ll definitely be back. It made my entire week after having a rough day!

Delicious nice guys everything good in this place I tried different flavors and I loved them all I can't wait to get the pech flavor again
