Andy's Frozen Custard, Lee's Summit MO

The only thing that was disappointing was I asked for extra pecans and didn't get what I asked for! And the Carmel Apple was to die for! Their Ice Cream freezes very well and the texture and taste stated the same!

The past couple times I have been here, my orders have not been consistent. I always get boot daddy with brownie added. This time I did the same and there was no brownie added, while paying full price. Unacceptable.

I just had a Cannoli thunder concrete that was supposed to have sweet cream filling, chocolate chips as well as the crust pieces. They did not put any chocolate chips or sweet cream filling in the one i purchased. Totally disappointed Andy's.

Very popular place which means waiting in line about 5 minutes to order and about 10 minutes more to get the order. But it's usually worth the wait. However, they were out of one of the toppings for their special so had to settle for something else.

Good quality ice cream. If you want to get your order sooner, you can go to the window in the back and walk up to order. Drive thru lines are only long at peak hours.

A lot of choices, sundaes shakes, concretes, cones. I tried a trippal chocolate concrete. It was amazing. Cookie dough chocolate ice cream and chocolate chips small for $6.50.the bad thing is you have to eat outside or drive thru and eat in car. Wish there was air conditioning

Recently went for a pint of my favorite seasonal treat, key lime concrete, and there was minimal key lime in the pint. This was a surprising upset as we usually get great service so I am unsure what happened here.

I didn't have any issues in particular, just not really to my taste. I don't like the sizing for the shakes and concretes either, but I'm not going to bother to take it up with corporate lol

I loved it, excellent service, clean and quiet place. I can't wait to enjoy my butter pecan Concrest again.

The custards are great! I usugrt the turtle custard, light on the carmel. It is usually pretty busy, so we stand outside. The area is safe and clean.

Update.the last 3 times I've come it's been wrong. Small things like tonight my freeze made w root bear not cream soda. I already sat in line no I don't want to wait for the kids having a melt down inside to stop. I may not b back

I am big Andy’s fan! The young men at this location made sure they got my order right. I appreciate all the different aspects of custard here.

Drive-thru line was huge, but we could walk right up and order. Fast service and good treats.

Food was good but I watched the guy make my banana turtle split with no gloves. All while I could see the glove box on the counter in the background

Max was super nice and friendly. Had a quick chat about dogs which is my favorite topic. Definitely the best experience I have had at this location so far. Order came out quick too which I wasn't expecting based on the amount of people were there when I first walked up.
