Andy's Frozen Custard, Joplin MO

Some pretty fun treats and the location has a nice retro charm.

The road to get here is a horrible messy wasteland of strip malls and a complete eye sore and an affront to human decency but the ice cream here is nice and Andy's didn't build the disgusting and deficient surroundings that are built for cars instead of people they only built this lovely ice cream store and the ice cream is good.

THEY TOOK AWAY THE KEY LIME PIE AND NOW SOMEONE I KNOW IS VERY DEPRESSED AND CAN’T BE HAPPY TILL YOU BRING IT BACK. HER HEART WILL BE FOREVER BROKEN TILL YOU PLS RETURN WHAT SHE ONCE LOVED.

After ordering a peach concrete, I was a bit taken aback by the appearance of the peaches. Their color seemed unusual, but I assumed it was how they were prepared. After a few bites, it became clear that the texture and taste were not right. I actually returned to the store to tell them. I don't normally but the way they were clearly 'off' concerned me. The staff member at the register seemed indifferent to my feedback, suggesting the peaches might have been overripe. I was hoping for a more understanding response, especially when I expressed how unappetizing they were. Although she offered a replacement or a gift card, the way she said it left me feeling somewhat dismissed and patronized. I did not accept her offer because I'm doubtful I will be returning in the future. Overall, I left feeling pretty bummed out by how I was treated.

Great frozen custard! Hit the spot in this hot weather. I got a medium Jackhammer concrete with almonds and hot fudge and probably diabetes after finishing it all.

What's not to love about Andy's Frozen Custard? The have great staff, super customer service, and delectable custard creations! So glad we have an Andy's in Joplin!

A cute place, with great dessert options. The staff is always very nice, and get your order out fast. The only complaint I have is that that are pricey.

Custard was really good, and staff were friendly and helpful. Make sure you don't have your eyes bigger than your stomach though

I wondered why there was a line at the drive-through and inside when there is another frozen custard place just a couple doors down. Well, frankly, this delicious. I was impressed by their options. I wish I had gotten a larger one, but the small was definitely enough.

Omg the strawann is the absolute best. U have got to add the hot fudge. It set this dessert over the top!

Usually Andy's is awesome everywhere I go but I got a bad concrete. They mixed another flavor into what I ordered.

Friendly staff, they even gave the banana split for free bec their system was down that day. It's one of a kind!

Oh my goodness! I think I have found my favorite place to have a caramel banana sundae! Yum yum!

Staff was great! Service was fast, even with a line in the driveway through. Definitely go here if you are in the mood for frozen treats!

Andy's is always great! They have seasonal specialties, concretes, and sundaes. The Turtle is my fave! Can't go wrong with hot fudge, caramel, and toasted pecans!

I got a frozen Oreo custard. It was very tasty. Very similar to Dairy Queen's Oreo blizzard. But the texture was a lot better.
