Andy's Frozen Custard, St Charles MO

Even with a long drive thru line they are quick. Always accurate and nice staff. My favorites are the seasonal key lime pie and pumpkin pie Concretes. Great arrays of toppings (my favorite are fresh fruit!) and menu items and you can watch frozen custard being made. Open til like 10 even in winter on weekdays, so it's great for night owls. Get a points account to earn $5 off your next purchase, also a treat on your birthday! They're going to run Lyons and FroYo out of business. I only wish they still did those BOGO coupons that were on the back of Schnucks receipts. It IS pricey otherwise. John Travolta would be stunned at the price of their milkshakes. Also, I can taste peanut butter in my concrete on many occasions. If you've anything but the mildest peanut allergy, let them know, or just don't risk it.

All i wanted was a large cup of plain vanilla custard and i got this little thing that was even filled all the way.idk if this is what i was suppose to get but i’m bummed out that i got something so tiny.i just think this is a very small size when you order a large.

Extremely rude towards the customers, complained about the serving size. She made a remade and purposely gave me less icecream. The fat manager at the counter was really rude.

The staff here are great! And it reminds me of small town outdoor creameries in the summer and early fall with their seasonal custards. Yum! Also, your order is almost completely customizable, which is awesome.

I ordered a chocolate shake and a chocolate malt. I get to the window the person goes to hand me the wrong order at first. I tell them what I had then they hand me two unmarked shakes. I asked which is which the cashier proceeded to shrug and say “good question”. I get them and they are running out the tops of the lids and the sides. Not a single napkin was handed to me. Horrible service. It was a sticky soupy mess! Never again!

Great ice cream I have never eaten here before but the strawberry cheesecake concrete was amazing!

What’s not to love about Andy’s Frozen custard! Friendly atmosphere and delicious custard!

We ordered a strawanna with pecans. Prepared terribly, there were too much fruit and little ice cream. And the ice cream that was left was all liquidy. To top it the pecans were missing for which they charge extra.

Always a great day to get one Andy's. Whether it's a regular plain dish of custard or a little of everything jackhammer, get some Andy's.

EDIT: Customer service was very promt and willing to fix the issue!

We come here often, and for the price I expect there to be more than a tablespoon of reeses cup in my large concrete. As you can see in the photo, half of it is straight vanilla.

Only 4 stars because everytime I get custard here it's a little melted and i have to go home and put it in the freezer

Went to Andy’s, ordered a Jitterbug. Got home, started eating it, no espresso, no heath bar, no almonds. I got vanilla custard and melted chocolate chips. Basically a Snowmonster without the strawberries. Still delicious, but somebody needs to go back to concrete 101.

My family is at this Andy's at least once a week. We absolutely LOVE the team and the delicious treats.
