Anheuser Busch Warehouse reviews
16Got right in a door. Very big place. Holes are tight on each side but do able. In and out in less than 1.5 hours.
Generally quick in and out, not the worst place to be. Roads in and around the plant are extremely deteriorated.
Customer service going in was not too good, but upon exiting the property, it was much better thanks to that young man with professional customer service.
Not sure why they are getting so many stars.
I don’t understand the process here. I guess is all about who’s who and brokers importance/customer importance.
4h still no door while many other trucks who arrived for live PUs already getting loaded or left. Few more minutes I am dropping and taking my losses. I refuse to wait longer then 3h even if they tell you they pay detention!
I don’t want detention I want to get loaded in and out and if all of us hold to that standard things would be different!
By the way there were guys here who sat all day since early AM and still did not get the door! And no they were not late for their appointment!
One piece of an advance. If you have been waiting for the door 2h check with drivers next to you and ask how long they have been waiting if there were there when you arrived.
Chance is probably many hours. That will be your que to leave and perhaps catch another load before it is too late!
Very respectful personal and the loader’s are pretty fast at getting us loaded fast and prompt.
Arrived at 04: 00 pm, there was a long queue. Then he stood on the door. Two hours later. Started loading. An hour and a half has passed and they are still loading. So slow. A very long time.
Just like other locations.expect to wait.unless you arrive with no one line.you need 2 bars or 2 straps.as you drive up from the main road.you will see a parking/staging area to your front.small area. 15 truck spaces.you can relax there if you need to.
1) download bud express
2) you will need to move the tandems.
3) open doors.
4) drive up
5) wait
6) check-in using the kiosk
7) go to the door
8) wait (took less than an hour to load)
9) pull forward close at least one door, secure the load, and move tandems.
10) go to the exit and wait in line.arvd at 1245
appt at 1300
depart at 1500
there was too much traffic.
Been here 7 1/2 hrs now still waiting to get a door this is not acceptable for over the road drivers wasting our time zero stars
No body will come back here to do semi truck load for them TO MUCH ATTITUDE at check in not helping drivers rude talking they need more training.no washroom
Computerized check in is simple, 23: 00 appt showed up at 22: 45 and sent straight to door 45. Loading started within minutes of bumping the dock. Will update if they take too long but so far so good.
Very bad area for pick up my appointment at 12 pm i am here 11am now 3 pm and looking like more 2 hours so stay away from this place
Be careful, DOT in unmarked pickup trucks creeping around the company, doing inspections, even at night
The Caucasian woman in the guardhouse is totally rude and bitter. Every time I have come she always has the same bad attitude.
Lady at front gate is dumb she dont know how to talk with someone very very rude she dont like her job
Thought i would’ve been an exception to the long wait times since i was just getting unloaded instead of picking up… boy was i wrong check in was fast got a door right away sat at door for 6 hours.not to mention DOT does random inspections on trucks leaving the lot
Really rude shipping lady… I never going to understand the reason some people are like that… if you are upset.go home.very slow people
