The staff is always amazing and they treat my fur babies like their own. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

This clinic is professional, caring and honest clinic I have been to for a while. We have a very sick dog and they have called to check in her and at one point the vet called herself to fill us in. All of our family is switching to this clinic after the watched the great service we received for our fur baby.

This is the best place to take your animals. They went above and beyond to save our fur baby's life. He is now on the road to recovery. She is definitely in her profession for the love of what she does. They are all truly amazing!

We love the staff, who are super friendly and knowledgeable, quick in and out for appointments. They help us manage our pets' health without breaking the bank.

Dr. Steinbach and her staff are the best! Living on a farm we have had a fair share of veterinarians but these ladies are outstanding. I always know that they have my dogs best interest in mind and are caring and compationate. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

Awesome vet and staff! Understanding, kind and professional. We’ve used several vets in the area and this has been our best experience all around.

They helped us out with our dogs cough over the phone. Went in and grabbed medication and was out the door. Fast, friendly and efficient. Would recommend based on my experience with them.

I would be very cautious taking my pet to this place because if they talk down to you then how are they treating my pet when they're in their care! Let alone this place is dirty! I took her back to her regular vet and she does not have tartar buildup as Rachel stated! She has an infected tooth. If you're thinking about switching vets to this place I'd advise you not to! Rachel was the one that rudely spoke to me at Animal clinic of the Four States because I accidentally forgot my cat's paperwork! Again stay with your regular vet! I only saw two people so they must be very short-staffed to accuse me of yelling at their entire staff! They could have easily been professional and said would you like to reschedule or run home and get your paperwork. I would have had no problem doing that! This was my fault for believing someone that they are really good with pets. Forget trying to save a few bucks I would rather stay with my vet who is clean and professional! Again this place is dirty and and they are very unprofessional and could use a customer service course.

Had my dog in for a routine visit. The wait time was reasonable. They performed the task requested quickly. The tech was professional, the receptionist was very nice and the charge was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the services that have always done for my dog. I Wouldn't consider taking him anyplace else.

Dr.and staff always take wonderful care of our pets. Their compassion and assistance as we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our senior girl, Annie, was truly above and beyond. We will never forget that day and how comforting they were to us.

I’ve taken my dogs to them in the beginning but every time we have an emergency they won’t see us for 3 weeks. ITS AN EMERGENCY! Twice I’ve had to take my pets to another very nice clinic and one of my pets died because this clinic doesn’t believe in emergency visits. I’ll never go back. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous. Very sad because I liked the vet but I bet she doesn’t see how her place is ran! You do have record of Julie Anderson and the first time I was denied my dog was in respiratory distress and died. The second time my dog had an extremely bad infection and was in pain along with not eating or drinking and I was told you could not see him for 3 weeks.

I love this place for my cats and dogs! From the fro t desk to the vet, everyone has compassion for the animals! Thanks!

So far so good! I have an appointment on Friday. Last yr I couldn’t go in cuz of CV. They did drive up & drop off. This will be my first time inside.

You need a new receptionist, one with compassion and empathy. When talking about euthanasia with someone you shouldn’t be snooty and judgmental when they’ve already exercised all other options before euthanasia.
