Been bringing my Havanese here for nearly 5 years now. They’re always friendly and he looks great every time! Love this place!

I felt compelled to leave a review, because I really like this business and was surprised to see some negative reviews. I take my papillon-poodle mix every 5 weeks, and her haircut is always perfect. She is older and anxiety-ridden, and they take great care of her.

I have another dog that doesn’t “require” grooming, but it’s nice to have his nails professionally trimmed. They always work in his nail trim conveniently when I pick up the older dog.

The staff is really nice and will chat with you from their grooming stations. Overall, I would highly recommend Anna’s Doghouse!

The front desk lady was very rude and just hung up the phone on me. They are also overpriced.

Wendy did a great job grooming Maggie today. They have a small breezeway between front doors that has a bench and a dresser with a scented candle and a dog treat jar with dog bones in it with a few other decorative items. Really cute! My only complaint is they only take cash or a check.

I am so disappointed and utterly upset at Anna’s doghouse! Don’t ever take your dog here! I took my golden doodle in for a haircut and they shaved her without telling me. When I picked her up she didn’t even look like the dog I took in, I couldn’t believe what they did to my dog! I was in complete shock. I took my dog out to the car and went back in to talk with the receptionist. I was shaking I was so mad at what they did to my dog! I picked up my dog within 10 minutes of them calling me and by the time I got there, Brittnay my dogs groomer that day wasn’t there. I asked the receptionist why they shaved all my dogs hair off? ! And she said “oh did no one call you and ask to do that? ! I said “ABSOLUTELY NOT! ” I cried for several hours yesterday. I do no understand why they did this to my dog. Did Brittnay accidentally make a mistake when she was cutting her hair? When I asked to talk with a manager they said she wouldn’t be in until Wednesday (seriously? !) I am so disgusted in this business. My dog now looks like a poodle but even worse! I have a goldendoodle and if they don’t know how to cut this particular dog they need to tell people that! I am so sad for my dog! It’s going to take months for her hair to grow back. She isn’t even one yet, and they shouldn’t shave a dogs puppy coat! I need an explanation from this business! Please don’t ever take your dog here! (before and after pictures).

I am really upset with my experience here after hearing that it was a reputable business and did not like how I was treated. My dog came in for grooming, when she was done we realized she did not have her collar. Sadly this was after closing hours and had to go in the next day which was Saturday and sadly the place was closed. The following day I came back and asked if a collar was here and explained what it looked like. They told me they gave it to a man and in their words, “ sorry we don’t remember what he looked like, I gave it away Friday or Saturday, a lot of people come and go. ” I was shocked they wouldn’t help me out and lied to me about them being open on Saturday. I told them it’s ok things happen but I would like compensation for the lost items. I asked for 40 dollars and the woman told me no. Finally the person in the back looked at me rolled her eyes and told the front desk lady, “ just give her 20 dollars so she can leave. ” I was upset with the way they treated me and won’t be planning on coming here again.

They do an excellent job and our dog always looks amazing. Which is super helpful dealing with our case with a non-stop, vacuum destroying, shedding machine, dogo we have.
