Just routine maintenance this time but it's the 2nd time the technician Lyle has been out to our home. He is very professional, doesn't waste time, tells us what's going on and is just an all around nice young man. Kudos to the company and don't lose this young man. He is an asset to your company. Lyle took great care of us this year in the 2 servicing visits we had done. He fixed the problem that we called in last year that wasn't resolved, until he properly addressed up our sub cooling issue. More companies need thorough, professional techs like this that don't cut corners! APEX, you need to hold onto this guy!

Our furnace fan was kicking on for a few minutes after it run its cycle Lyle did an awesome job & fixed everything. He checked everything. Did an awesome job. Glad I got hooked up with Apex. You guys are the best. I would highly recommend Apex.

Apex was very responsive and showed up on time. Both technicians who worked on our furnace were courteous and knowledgeable.

Replaced my furnace that was 25 yrs old. They were able to stabilize the blower until we could get a new one in. Ordered it on Thursday and installed on Tuesday. Left the area nice and clean. They even cleaned my coils. Thank you for the quick service both times. Really nice guys and can't forget the receptionist Sunny.

My a/c quit working in the dead of summer. I called Apex (late in the afternoon) and the repair guy was at my house before 9: 00 the next morning. He explained to me everything he was doing, he asked me before replacing parts/costing me more money, and gave me multiple tips to keep my a/c going to several more years-which I greatly appreciated!
The part needed was, in my opinion, very reasonably priced. He fixed it much quicker than I anticipated and even taught me that my air filter was too strong and restricting air flow! I honestly was really impressed with the whole experience, I will definitely be calling them again with any if I have any future issues, I highly recommend!
(Side bar I live about thirty minutes away and they were willing to travel. Another huge bonus.)

I had my home AC go out late on a Saturday night and was able to call and speak to someone who then had Rick reply to me about coming out first thing on a Sunday. He arrived earlier than planned which was great! He said was very helpful in explaining what was wrong. And then what was needed to be replaced. I’m very pleased with Apex and Rick! I now plan on scheduling yearly maintenance with then as well. Their pricing was very fair as and my service was completed very quickly. Overall I’m highly pleased with Apex and would recommend them to anyone who may need their services!

Apex has been great on their responsiveness to issues. I’ve had a few things pop up over the years and they’ve always responded to online service inquiries or phone calls quickly. Even if that is a phone call or email response in the evening. Next morning they call right away to see if they can set up time to get a technician out. Lyle and other technicians we have gotten have been great.

While I hope I don’t have to reach out again soon they always are there to help. Strongly recommend.

Called on a Friday at 430, because air condition was out. Arrived at my house at 5 and was done by 6. The technician was very professional.
