Applebee's Grill + Bar, Gladstone MO

Our server Dakota H.charged me for an appetizer that was extremely late to my table. When my appetizer finally came, it was made incorrectly. My server took it back to the kitchen and another 10 minutes later, my appetizer came to my table. My friend had their entrée 30 minutes before my appetizer came. My friend wanted to eat WITH me.not 30 minutes before me.but if my friend waited till I received my food, their food would have been cold for sure. To add to my terrible experience here, Dakota H.never once offered to take the appetizer off of the bill or even offer to give me some free chips and dip while I was waiting for my appetizer. My tip for Dakota H.was me telling him what he should've done better as a server and also what to do in the future with customers. These helpful tips I gave him will help him make much more tips in the future. DAKOTA H.did the best he could with what he has.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in a long time, however this location was pleasant. Nice staff, attentive, clean restrooms and great atmosphere!

Terrible customer service waited an hour for drinks still no drinks food over an hour wait. Manager didn't care

Not bad. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good. The service was decent. The music was good. My drink wasnt very strong but overall not too bad.

No lunch specials.and what i did order was horrible, boneless wings were way oveecooked they were dry and hard and the quesadillas were nasty. Wont be back.but the service was pretty good.

Our food was delicious, and our waiter courteous if often absent.
That is about all I can say other than plan to spend longer than you think in the restaurant. It is the usual Applebee's fare, well-cooked and a little salty, but they obviously haven't escaped the staffing difficulties many restaurants are undergoing right now.

Took the family here tonight. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Host and waiter we're both very nice. Dakota checked on us atleast every 5-10 mins. Drink Recommendations were Amazing. Thank you Dakota! You did Great! We will definitely be back soon. Hope to being you more $2 bills.

Order on line and was missing a lot of stuff. Called to talk to manager and could not talk to one. Was hung up on 2 times

Service was amazing. Jahloni is top notch. Does not get any better than her, let me tell you that first off. Best personality ever, smiley and laughing, working her Spanish since my boyfriend doesn't speak English, taking care of things before we even ask, like it is just mind blowing. Best service I have ever had, seriously. If I get the chance to revisit from out of town, I hope she is in.

Food was delicious. Great tastes, reasonable prices and waits. Very impressed by this location, but again the server gives this place 1000 stars. They are blessed.

My husband and I went to have dinner last night, 10/29/21. Hadn’t been for a long time. The food was really good! Our server Maddie I believe was her name, was awesome! She gave us some recommendations which were great. She was very friendly and attentive. We couldn’t wait to get out of there though. The music was too loud. We had a difficult time conversating across the table because we couldn’t hear each other. Also, the type of music was awful. We may just do curbside next time and get beer on our way home.

Haven't been there in 3 years but have to say what ever they have done to improve the service and food was a Big + so I gave them a 4 stars.

One of the better Applebee's in the KC metro honestly. Service is fast. I usually don't have to stand around and wait to be seated. Clean as well.
