Applebee's Grill + Bar, Springfield MO

Took forever for our salads to arrive and they had the wrong dressing. Hard to flag down staff to ask for correct dressing. Server dropped off bill and then didn't come back for quite awhile and when my friend expressed displeasure about the long wait to pay, she got smart with him. As we were leaving manager was standing by the greeter's stand and my friend expressed to her about our poor service and she took an attitude! So if you want poor and rude service, then by all means go to this location

Due to my age, I have to eat a lot of salads & this restaurant has very good salads. My wife had 'meat' & enjoyed it as well.

Waitress so high she was literally walking in place. Bounced all over the restaurant but couldn't get the order right or on the table in the right order. Good food ruined by horrible service.

Great food and great times with friends. Our server was an attentive gentleman who worked hard to accommodate any questions or drink refills that we needed.

The first time I ate here a couple of months ago I got sick from there food and now not only did the food not tast great but my server could care less and tried the whole passive-aggressive with a smile on me and then she started to get really agitated and was a little more passive-aggressive. So I will never eat Applebee's again not just for the pore customer service but for getting sick last time and this time for poorly cooked food.

I Came To This Location Only One Time Before This And The Experience Was Better That Time. My Shrimp Wasn't Cooked The First Time It Came Out As You Can See In The First Photo I Told Them About It And They Asked Well Is The Chicken Cooked And I Responded And Said I Do Not Know I'm Not Eating Anything Off Of This Plate Being That The Shrimp Is Not Cooked Then The Guy Seemed Like He Was Aggravated Just By Looking At My Plate You Can See That It Wasnt Cooked My Waiter Didn't Get My Order Correct The First Time So I Had To Wait Longer For Another Meal The Service Was Very Slow It Really Didn't Even Feel Like They Cared To Serve Me & My Husband The Guy That Was At The Bar Noticed Everything That Was Going On And He Took Over Which I Am Thankful For But Everything Else Needs To Get Better

Prices about normal for that type of business. Food was good. Waiter was a little forgetful for the amount of people he was waiting on.

Applebee's is an American icon for a reason. The food is great, staff is friendly, the setting is relaxed while not being "divey". There's nothing that especially sets Applebee's apart from anywhere else like it - but it's never a disappointment.

Good food, good service. Reasonable prices. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years, so I didn't know what to expect. The food was hot and fresh. I will be back.

I am at the restaurant right now. They are having ppl wait to get seated telling them tables are dirty. I asked for a booth bc one was clearly open and they refused to seat me the hostess said it was dirty. Then they set another family at the booth and never wiped the table down. So she lied to me and was rude for no reason.

Walker Hayes had renewed the interest in "Fancy like" Applebee's. We had a good experience, the food was good and reasonably priced.

Our waiter went to the booth next to us and sang "wish upon a star" for this kid's birthday, very well I might add. Could hear them saying the mom was crying at how sweet it was. Seems like he'd talked to them before this because he told the kid if he worked hard he could be (idr the profession) when he gets older). As for our service, he was great.friendly and fun, never had to look around when we needed anything.

Walked in had one couple in front of us. They were very young. Hostess sat them in bar without even asking them if they wanted to sit there, hostess was not friendly. We asked to sit in the bar and she told us we could not sit there Bec she just sat someone in the bar. Stupidest thing I ever heard. We came there to drink at the bar and eat. Terrible customer service. The hostess was older and hat short hair. She does not like her job and should get a new one.

There’s a reason why the wait is only a few minutes at this place while every other restaurant has people waiting on the sidewalk.

Good food. I didn't like the waitress added tip to my card without my consent. I left cash then was charged extra on card

Austin f. Has been the best waiter I've had in years. He definitely deserves a raise, I'll return just because of his service. The bourbon street ribeye made my taste buds go on overload it was so oOoOO. Good. Thank you Austin for recommending it!
