Applebee's Grill + Bar, Clinton MO

We met a friend and my sister for dinner at the Clinton Mo. Applebee's. Dinner was good and the service was great. We had a very, very good time. I would recommend this Applebee's.

The ribbletts were delicious, my friend didn't like the garlic parmesan chicken wings

We went to eat at the clinton mo applebees, Mariah was our server and she done absolutely amazing. The manager Barb came out to speak to us about our meal and our service and she greeted us with the upmost respect. We will be back

We eat here every once in a while. The food is alright as is the service. The main downside is the approach to the restaurant. It's not maintained. The parking lot and landscaping have been neglected for years. Looks terrible. Not exactly inviting, and it sets a negative tone before even entering the restaurant. Once inside, while in far better shape than outside, is outdated.

The place was dingy, our table was sticky. Service was bad, very slow. Lastly the food was bad, i would bet the kitchen was filthy. They need bar rescue.

The last time it took til I got my food to get my alcohol bev and then the server was rude but the food was good.

Didn't know how to quite do the stars here. Had really bad run in with staff last time. Appetizer came out right when the food did.appetizer was cold. And the person that brought it from the kitchen was super unappropriate and rude. Our server was amazing And the manager did come and talk to us and apologize.

I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I was there, was disappointed. This time time, we were told there would be a 10 minute wait. That was good for a Friday night. We were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The chips with our queso did were borderline stale, but the dip was good. I had the Chinese tacos, which were excellent. The table also had the fried shrimp and fried fish, both tasty. We were offered drink refills and dessert. Our service was excellent and the food worth the price. I would definitely go back again.

We had dinner on Friday night and our server Casey was the best! Absolutely adore her and made us very comfortable and had a beautiful soul! Thank you

Steak was ordered med rare came out well done, the ribs were tough and the wings were over cooked.

Waitress, mariya, never came back by our table after delivering the salad. Passed us 4 times and never stopped. Wife's steak was over cooked but still tasty. My ribs were ok but was missing a side the whole meal. Never got a refill until after we were done. Guests on either side of us had a GREAT waitress. Ours attended to every other table except us. I don't consider us difficult customers. Maybe I'm wrong but seems like we were intentionally ignored.

Do not eat here. Upon walking in, one of the waitresses came out the side door cursing at some one. Once inside, the food was over cooked. The waitress did not offer to replace the meals and said their grease must be old. Who would serve some one this? Went to leave and paid through the mobile app. Halfway to the car the waitress came out the front door and yelled “Did you pay” across the parking lot. This was completely inappropriate to yell this at me and my date.

UPDATE: Post-Covid seems to be getting back to 'normal. ' Food good; service great! ///Appeared to be short staffed. One of our meals was delivered short a side and the person who delivered it just kinda dropped it off and rushed away to the front of the store. It took at least 5 minutes to get our server's attention to get the missing side.

Food was great for the four of us, wasn't too happy with the margaritas, tasted no tequila sucked,

We are visiting Clinton for my boyfriends job and Ordered carry out because we were hungry and didn’t want fast food but I’m very disappointed. Well done does not mean burnt to a crisp. They also got my order wrong I ordered a well done steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes and got two orders of mashed potatoes. I will never come back here again. Worst Applebee’s I have been too.

Meteor strike hit the parking lot, food came out cold, and with little flavor. Waitress was socially awkward.

Enjoy the good food and good service will return.so I did two years later. The service was terrible the place was dirty the food was mediocre at best the waitresses wanted to talk to each other more than tend customers.
