I was pleased with my experience at this Appliance Discounters. Our sales associate took the time to not only show us the dishwashers I was interested in, but also to explain similarities and differences as well as answer any questions I had. With his help, I was able to choose a dishwasher that was right for me.

Have always been happy with Appliance discounters. We have used them for both our residential appliances as well as rental property appliances. They are great to work with. We worked with Brian this time and he did a great job.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We have furnished all of our appliances for 2 house remodels through them and the pricing and service is second to none. Mike and his helper came to my grandmas house to install her new oven. They were so helpful and explained all of the new features she should know about. Additionally they were super friendly and timely.

Refrigerator is only six weeks old the freezer door does not seal properly we are getting frost in the freezer called Frigidaire was on hold for 35 minutes then I had to tell them what I thought was wrong and what part to order unless they would not send out a technician now I have to wait for the part then call Frigidaire again to set up appointment this is rediculous never by from them again

We were very pleased with the sales lady and the delivery gentlemen. Sales lady was Jamie, Jed and Harold made the delivery. We will be back again.

Okay. Edit: very displeased with delivery and after sales service and support. I do not recommend. Asked about third party, contractors doing the delivery. Made it clear to the salesman it would be a difficult delivery, tight tolerance through the doors and uphill through the back yard. "No problem" we do this all the time. Told him I would not deal with his contractors, only him. I got you, was his reply. When problems did arise, did he not only fail to call me, he did not return my call and I had to call him again. Still waiting for a resolution.
