Traveled to St. Louis on business. Apria dropped off oxygen to my hotel prior to my arrival and picked it up after I checked out. Fantastic service! I would not be able to travel without this service.

My experience was very poor.
Apria was unable to follow through on their commitments burdening me because of their ineptitude.

I will avoid using them in the future.

I appreciate being contacted but what's done is done and I can't get what I lost back. Contact the office, they know what happened.

Making charges to my credit card without invoice or receipt. I called and advised customer service, 4 days later no invoice

I called Apria on1-12-23 about my c pap I was told someone would call me back I never got a call it's 1 -15-23!

The process of getting my CPAP is taking too long. It took 10 days to get the machine and then another couple weeks before I could get an appointment to get the mask and get set up.

Competitor didn't get doctor's order for CPAP to insurance company in three weeks. On each of two contacts I was advised that an individual would return my call with information where none of these return calls were received. When contacted for the third time they advised it would take an additional 7 to 10 days for insurance approval and again said I would be contacted by a representative (which again never happened). They also could not say when equipment would be available citing supply chain and manpower issues. I contacted my doctor's office to recommend another equipment provider and was referred to Apria. I called Apria and Apria had my doctor's order submitted for insurance approval the same day and advised equipment would be delivered in three to 5 days. I believe mt CPAP was at my door on the fourth or fifth day.

The person on the phone was helpful and polite. They explained what was coming and what to expect upon delivery. A very good experience.

Apria is very good at what they do. The equiptment provided is very helpfull amd easy to set up and use. The directions provided with the equiptment are simple to follow and there are optional ways to access them. The reps I had contact with were good listeners, and provuded me with the information I needed. A rating of 4 instead of 5 is due to the online contract. Its extremly long, pluss once it was signed and intialed I did not see the send label to push. Thats on me I guess, it delaided the delivery of the equeptment by at least a week. I kept getting a message from Apria to complete the form. I would go to the form check my signature and check my initailes they were right so I did not know whwt ealse to do. I'm 71 years old not real good with computers, but they know I'm elderly because of insurance so mybe they can make accomidations for those of us that did not mature with a cell phone as an appendage.

So far everything I’ve done is by phone (ordering) and by directions and the app setting it up). It has been an easy process so far!

My doctor ordered it on Thursday and they picked it up on Friday. Everybody was kind and knowledgeable. Tim was spectacular. Thank you

I didn’t do my homework/wasn’t told that CPAP doesn’t work for people that exhale through their mouths.

The left hand doesn't seem to be talking to the right hand. The device arrived at my door prior to me going in and getting fitted when I was told I could get fitted at a brick and mortar. Communication was not on point

Apria has been incredible with everything. They answer their phones, they do what they say and they have incredible customer service. I highly recommend them.

We have been waiting on a CPAP since November 2021 and it is now June! The company keeps telling us that they are on back order and there is a national shortage, however other companies have been able to deliver much quicker. The reps don’t call you back and they are very very disorganized when you call. Do not use this place as my husband ended up needing to be resuscitated due to not having a CPAP for the last eight months while he waited on this company to deliver it. They never delivered it! You could die from sleep apnea before this company delivers your CPAP!

Awful company. They have charged me multiple times for supplies that I never received and no one could explain the charges either. When calling the customer service reps were rude and unhelpful.
