Hostile environment.
The nail tech, Nuk, was beyond rude and inappropriate. She caused a scene and screamed at me when I didn’t like the shape of my nails. I calmly got up and asked the manager for a new nail tech. Nuk followed me to tell her side of the story. When I began to tear up, the manager told her to go to the back, yet she continued yelling at me, telling me to “act like an adult” and “use my words. ” Another tech finished my nails. When I left, the manager said nothing to me, nor did she even offer my service discounted after being treated so poorly. I have NEVER in my life had an experience this bad, whether in a salon, restaurant, EVER. It was so ugly that other customers were coming up to me saying how sorry they were that I was treated like that.

I was recommended this nail place by a friend and this was the first time I got acrylics done and they absolutely did an amazing job. It was everything I asked for! I totally recommend this place, they are amazing!

Like most nail salons, the quality of the work depends on the nail tech doing your nails. However, the atmosphere is nice and aesthetically appealing. I recently had my nails done, an acrylic fill in by one person originally (forgot their name but love their quality of work). Broke one of my nails the next day and went back for a nail repair that was done by a different person. The person that did the nail repair, I believe goes by the name Eric. I wouldn't recommend Eric doing your nails. Eric didn’t even shape my nail once the acrylic was applied to my nail and the gel polish looked like a 5 year could have done it. I was so unhappy with the gel polish I had to go back to have a different person polish my nail.

Felt rushed the whole time. Had my cuticles cut and now they are dry and peeling and cracking. Paid over $100 for nail art that was rushed and sloppy. It was my first time at a nail spa and I felt overcharged and ripped off. My friend who went with me also had nail polish that messed up the day of. Would not recommend.

Best nail service ever. I have neuropathy and I got a pedicure, they were very attentive and gentle.

I’m always welcomed from the time I enter till I leave. I love that all nail specialists/technicians offer you something to drink before they begin my service. Everyone is professional, courteous and some are fun to be around, making the service even more enjoyable.

This was my 1st time at AQ, a friend recommended AQ. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be returning

I’ve been going to AQ for about 3 years and have never had a bad experience with any of the technicians. They are all skilled and professional. However, I’ve been going to Ngocky exclusively for about a year and a half, and she is the most talented nail professional I have ever been too. When I started seeing Ngocky, I had plain, short, pale pink nails 100% of the time. I have now graduated to the most intricate, perfect designs and best nail health ever. If you are looking for a beautiful, welcoming spot to get your next nail service, AQ in Creve Coeur should be it!

Today was the first time I have been to AQ Nail Spa. They were very busy but got me right in (I was a walk in). Eric did both my pedi and pink and white nails. He did everything the way I asked him to (I have to have my nails very short). I will definitely go back!

If I could give zero starts I would! This place is so over priced and they do not tell you about any of the added cost and then they tell you your price is over $100 for some nails that ain’t even long or shapped weirdly!

Tammy is the one and only person who does my manicure and pedicure. She's also the only person who does my brows.

After many years of just waxing my brows, I finally got them ombré by her. They look so good. Getting ready has been a breeze.

The salon is such a relaxing vibe. I don't feel rushed. They truly value good customer service. Oh they also offer wine. That's a plus.

AQ Nail Spa is my go to place for my nails and waxing. Lala has been my main technician for the past 9 months and she always does an amazing job accommodating what I bring in for her to do. I normally get a dip powder mani on my natural nails and they always come out looking fresh. They also have a good variety of pedicures to choose from as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be pampered.

Ngoc is the best! My nails/ toes always look great and she’s very detailed/ takes her time. I make monthly appointments because that’s how long my nails last (even longer for toes), which is unheard of. Ngoc specializes in enhancing your natural nails, which I also love! I always look forward to our monthly appointments!
