Arby's, Joplin MO

Jon Bowers the manager was very helpful, normally you don’t see the managers working so hard but he was and that’s awesome

I usually go through the drive-thru because when I go here I'm looking for something quick and easy and fast they usually get my food right out

Not all options available, specifically the new chicken wings. Clean place and efficient staff.

The food was okay, but not great. It was dirty especially for it being such a slow time when I was there. The bathroom was VERY disgusting. On the positive side no one got food poisoning!

We like the food but the person they have taking orders in the drive thru needs more training. This is the second time my order has been messed up. When we hear this woman's voice we feel the need to change our order to make it easier for her. She cuts you off after you order one combo to give your total. We usually have three people to order for. She makes you feel rushed and often you have to correct her to get the order right. When we come back we will be going in because we know we won't get our order correctly.

Well one day I was searching for the best place to go and get a Reuben well every place that I called. Not one place had the Reuben sandwich so I was thinking hey Arby's has Reuben sandwich which is the balm if y'all want a good Reuben go to Arby's.

I don't usually go to Arby's but I do like their food. The service seemed a little slow, but it is a great place to eat.

Great food to get on the way home after working. The Roast Beef sandwiches awesome, as well as the Reuben and chicken salad!

I was really wanting a Reuben sandwich and I had tried to get one for the past 2 days and I finally went to Arby's and got one it was pretty decent sandwich

Typical Arby's, ordered a French Dip combo meal, with Iced Tea. This location was clean, service was friendly and the food was good. Frequently the bread used for these sandwiches will be dried out, that was not an issue with this location.

Customer service was great but the food.not so much. I ordered two of the classic beef & cheddar meals and the sandwiches were fine, but the fries were completely cold and tasted like they’d been sitting for a couple hours at least.

Arby's holds a special place in our family, that being said, we have higher standards than most. This particular resturaunt was in good condition. The staff was friendly and timely, for the most part.

Went through drive thru for the convenience, only to find out that half of my order wasn't in the bag and had to go in anyway. They said they were on the way to the window with half of my order when she handed one bag out to me and that was it. Totally disappointed. Giving it one star only because I cannot give any less than that.

Had a coupon for a free meal since my last experience there was terrible. This time it wasn't any better. Rude service from Dakota the manager, a small container of curly fries that was only half way full of cold curly fries this time.
I am not going to waste anymore of my time in their restaurant in Joplin Missouri that's for sure. Free or not free!

Got the cheesesteak sandwich it was terrible.wasnt hardly no peppers on it ask for crinkled fries got Suzy curls. Worst meal I've ever had at Arby's. Use to love eating there but no more. Stomach hurts from sandwich people don't listen when taking order. My daughter got a French dip and wasn't happy with her sandwich. That was the worst food and service ever had at Arby's. Good luck won't come back!

I ordered thru door dash. I only got 1 apple turnover and paid for 2. The sandwich is smashed and partly open. FF are cold and I got no sauce for the mozzarella sticks. It was terrible.
