They make you pull forward no matter if there is a car behind or not also when u pull forward its the same door they use to take trash out of and to bring your food to you as well (gross)

This has become my favorite location. However I understand it's lunch time but there is no reason for a forgotten sandwich and a wrong sandwich

I go here quite regularly on my way to work, great food, great price, and really quick. No problems here.

Very rude and hateful for no reason. I came through drive through right as they were opening and only one other car in front of me. I start to order and then in a rude tone says what size!? After telling him what size I ask do you have sweet tea? Again rudely says yes we have sweet tea, is that all? I say no I need… and start to order next meal to again the rude response of what size!? I again tell him what size and then finish my order with a kids meal and juice as the drink. I get to the window and he takes my payment I hear him tell another worker we don’t have juice, so me willing to be flexible with getting my child something different to drink ask, are you out of juice? To which he very rudely say No! I haven’t walked over to get it. I was fed up with the attitude and said okay well there is no reason to be rude as I am saying this he tells me to pull forward to wait for my food and to have a blessed day very sarcastic in tone. I pulled forward waited for my food a lady brings it out, who looks to be a manager so I tell her about the gentleman at the window and how he needs to be told to cool his tone then all she rudley says is okay, have a great day. Angry about the experience I leave and get home to realize they in fact did not give me the juice for my child’s meal. I will be reaching out to cooperate and will never eat at this establishment again.

They put to much cheese on the sandwiches. However there fries are really good. The flaming hott ones.

Normally would be a good place but the people who are currently working there have the worst attitude I ever come across for no reason they were rude and disrespectful and it’s not like it was busy either so no reason for it! Also was rude about juice for the kids meal and then get home and wasn’t even in there so got attitude and no juice all for nothing! I get if you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on a customer for no reason I’ve worked Food and it can be stressful but they just opened was no reason for it so irritated and then when we tell another employee that the one running drive through was rude they get an attitude and are just as disrespectful sad to say but won’t be going there for a while till these problem people are dealt with stay away if u want to have a good day they are the rudest and food isn’t that great!

Food was okay, I followed the lead of the car in front of me who paid and stopped at back door. And a lady brought his food out that door. I was going to drive around but realized there's no other window. It would have nice if the lady at the window said to drive to back door and wait.

The classic and curly fries, mighty good. Staff was clear bright and effective. Very good.

The store was clean. The counter person had a smile. At the end of lunch time, some customers were leaving the restaurant. We almost had the place to ourselves.

The drive thur worker is very rude, asks you to pull forward to keep her drive thru times down.

All they care about is there drive thro times and not there customers they gave a a refund I didn't ask for just because I didn't wanna pull up there was no one behind me they keep saying it's policy. Then Caleb the manager of the store gave me 40 dollars back when my order was only 32 dollar what a manager ill never return to this store

I went too this location to grab food & drinks on June 21st only too find out that the fries & sandwich was totally messed up. Also our shakes were not mixed all the way. We’ve tried multiple times to call the location & no one’s every picks up.

We usually don't go to Arby's but we had some coupons so It was a good deal.
Service was good & friendly.
The food was not the chicken nuggets were over cooked, the chicken sandwich was not a sandwich more like 2 pcs.of tenders type chicken on a bun.
I know that the roast beef Is always good but they need some help with the chicken Items.

Worth driving to if you want good arbys. Probably the best one in town, but like all fast food quality fluctuates
