This is no BS! I'm going to keep it simple.this is, (as far as affordable fast food goes), this place is the best! Staple for all of the restaurants to mirror that's really all I can say! They get marks all across the board! I don't know where to start they were very friendly the food was fresh the place was clean they had a decent selection. And my favorite part they're open 24 hours and you can get anything anytime night or day and I work nights so I can really appreciate that! Breakfast, I think has somewhat of a limited time.but other than that, when I go somewhere else I'm just thinking oh man they just don't compare.don't believe me stop in there for yourself.
Staff worked hard throughout the major remodeling going onto the building. Food has stayed good and wait times within reason.
Staff deserves a raise for their hard work
Wasn't busy at all and it took extremely long to get our food. None of it was hot. Or even Luke warm for that matter. Zues was helping almost every employee in there because it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Props to Zues though. That's the only plus to the experience.
Small portion that are a bit pricey but fantastic food. Also impressive they were able to serve us and the rest of the drive thru line so quickly being that only 2 workers were on shift
The employees are always on their phones standing around. Customer service is horrible. The guy with dreads kept getting giving us dirty looks. Took to long get our food
We ordered through Door Dash. When we got our food, it was already cold. We didn't get the sauce that goes with the jalapeño bites and our drink's tamper proof seal was punctured where the straw goes. We couldn't drink it and had to discard it. I ordered a double roast beef sandwich expecting something that was 2 or 3 inches thick, it was an inch thick at best. It was flat. It was a joke.
I was a former employee with Arbys but doesn’t give them the right to mess my order up when I go there. I spent 40 dollars there and it was a waste of my money. I got a Ruben combo and a Chicken Bacon Swiss combo and a classic chicken combo all the fries where cold my slider didn’t have jalapeños on it my Reuben bread was soggy and wet. They shouldnt treat former employees like that regardless
Their fries were cold. I petty sure they been their since the afternoon here it is 7 pm now
Only drive thru was open due to staffing shortages.
The staff was very friendly! The food was yummy!
It's sort of a PIA to get to the restaurant, you have to weave around on little bits of different roads, thru other parking lots.
Three times in a row I've come here and their systems are mysteriously down and their not serving food. This time it was a Friday at 5: 30. One of the times I had to pull up to the window to try to get their attention to find out what's up. Two people just walked back and forth completely ignoring me. I knew then I should never come back to this Arby's. Lesson learned.
Food was good and hot. I enjoyed it very much. Older lady was very nice at the drive though window!
Best Arbys food I have had in months! It was so fresh and the fries were fresh I am telling you it was not like I was eating fast food. Every Arbys needs to follow whatever this one did different! I would drive the 2 hours down just for this Arbys!
Manager was very sweet and professional even though a staff shortage has left her working several different jobs. The food was good! Keep up the good work!
Drive thru at 8: 11 PM. Lights on, car ahead got their order, web showed they were open, got a recorded message at speaker that said they were closed. This place has repeatedly had problems
The drive thru lady was nice and waited patiently for me to order even when I didn't even know what to order. Got home with hot fries and sandwiches. We all know how great it is to get home with hot fries!
One day you have dine in the next day you don't. You could put sign on door so people don't walk up to door to find out that your closed. I think your making to much money with out having to open. But not from me, I'm done.
