Arby's, Springfield MO

I absolutely love Arbys, so I go back time and again giving them my business. This is the second time I have attempted to order this sandwich from this location and after promises from staff on both occasions I am still left with cold food. The cheese on this pricy Diablo Dare sandwich isn’t even slightly melted, it is completely cold. When I actually get the food I have ordered and paid for it is cold, thrown together, and inconsistent in quality. I know how stressful kitchens can be, but still I hope to see their consistency and quality improve greatly.

Food was ok, they messed up my order and were very light on condiments that were an extra charge already.

Went to Arby’s this morning right at 11: 00 ordered the new hamburger combo. The burger was cold and it looked like old meat from yesterday on side of the burger you could see it was dried up and the bun was old also the tomato wasn’t ripe it was a total was of money. And looking at other views they don’t care.

Initially we had problems with our order, but they promptly fixed it. Food was great, customer service was excellent.

Ordered beef & cheddar and got just beef.

Let's pay attention to the customers order, please.

Ordered in the drive-thru and requested horsy sauce and ketchup at the window. Not only did I not get any sauces there were also no napkins in the bag. Weird way to run a business.

Came through drive though about 10: 05PM. Service was prompt. Paid and was given a flat drink with 2 ice cubes in it and told to wait on fries. Fries took 7 additional minutes and my $11 sandwich was cold to the middle, and the sauce I'd asked for was not in the bag.

Saw employees horseplaying at the window while waiting for my drink. I feel these errors were simply out of laziness of staff. Failure of leadership. Never had an issue until this.

This location has provided all items hot and fresh and correct. Very happy with the service!

I had an automobile accident and my car needed a small repair. I talked to the good people at Arby's let me leave it there in the parking lot for 3 days while I repaired my vehicle. The employees are super friendly, and food is always good and establishment is always clean

The sandwiches are good. The fries were cold. There was no horsey sauce, which was was ok because they were out. I asked for ketchup instead but didn’t get any with my meal. The main thing was the employee feelings toward customers.
Staff was unfriendly at the drive up speaker and window. I ordered 8 sandwiches and 4 fries and they acted as if I had the most complicated and enormous order. Asking for napkins got me an eye roll.

They charge you for things you never wanted since there screen is broken.never again wi I go there

Drive thru was more important than the inside people 20 min for two roast beef sandwiches!

Good people, good food.no longer has a few things like ham, potato cakes, onion rings, the Italian, a few other things. But clean, friendly, fast, and fresh!

Old and cold crinkle fries, roast beef not hot, no sauces, no napkins, dirty dining room, no welcome, no Thank you for coming and not busy, 4-6 employees standing around

The coupons are great. I haven't had any trouble using them. The guys and gals behind the counter have always been helpful with this process. In fact, all the way down South the employees have been equally helpful. Thumbs up to management for doing such a good job across stores.
