If I have to pull up to wait on my food, I should not also have to go in so that you can CORRECT the order I've been WAITING on.

Google live tracker says slower than usual, yet somehow I'm still sitting in line 25 minutes later. At least warn me. I'll be sure to never waste a lunch break in line here.

Ordered at the drive thru, asked to pull forward. My order was delivered incomplete. I had to walk in to get my sliders. It happened before too, so this time i knew to check the bag.

Took maybe 6 minutes from start to finish and only because they fried the mozzarella sticks fresh

It's a chain resturant. Normally they are fast and friendly at this locations. Occasionally they don't have am item or are busy enough to be a bit slower but better than most chains

Great service great food.
We tried the new wagu beef burger both of the different ones that they have they were really good.

I'd like to say a bit more. I didn't get her name but a female at the drive thru she was exceptionally good.she was pretty loud talker very clear.this is drive thru. I am hard of hearing and I found this very nice to understand her perfectly.my order was taken early afternoon I forgot which day but week of the 3rd of January.she has I believe a short above the shoulders med blond or brown hair maybe early 30s age pleasant bubbly personality but not flaky seemed to enjoy her job and pleasant with customers.y'all need to keep her maybe put her in an authoritative role if she isn't already. Food was great. I've only had bad food once couple years ago the fish sandwich but it may of been cuz I wasn't well so consider that.anyway y'all are around the corner from me and my cousin lives here and swears on Arby's.got any gift certificates for a good review? We'd certainly enjoy them! Have a great new year 2023! Oh and my order was 2 French dips for a7 bucks and I love your Greek gyros my cousin loves ur grilled chicken!

We were the only people in the drive through at 11: 30 and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Only took two bites of our sandwich because it was cold. When we asked where are order was they informed us they had just put the apple desserts in and it would be another 7 minutes. Pretty poor service and pretty poor attitudes from the employees. We are Arby’s fans, but I’d skip this one.

Solid sandwich, gas station setting leaves a bit to be desired (farty smell from the bathrooms is off putting)

Great place to eat very cheap but they took too long on my order yesterday for the 1st time I've never had a problem with it before there's one guy out there that works and I wouldn't advise going there when she's there she's got an attitude.

The food is always good, but they seem sorely understaffed. Twice now, however, I have had exceptional drive-thru service from a girl (and yes I asked her name and reassured her that it was not for a nefarious purpose, but well deserved recognition) named, Melissa Greenfield. She was helpful, kind, personable, and you can tell she works hard. She was working tonight, Thanksgiving, and I give thanks, always, to good customer service. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Let's stop being little sh**s and be nice to each other, and to animals!
Oh and their gyros and Reubens are pretty damn tasty.

I think someone overheard a political conversation I was having with someone not related to the staff at all. I got home and our order was really screwed up.coincidence?

Great experience! Every time I go to arbys management and employees are nice! They really really do their best even when they get really busy. I’ve never had an order messed up, all of you deserve a 5 star! Thanks for working so hard we as customers of Arbys really appreciate it.:) I will be sure to come again when I want Arbys. Got the buffalo chicken wrap, so much sauce it leaked out and fell threw the bag in the parking lot before I got back to my truck. Went back in and told them "sorry about that would you like to make an order". Yes original roast beef please. FML.

On Saturday, April 9th, 2022 around 3 or 4pm I walked in and was ready to order. 2 employees just stared at me like I was stupid. The guy had a beard and there was a girl. Nether helped me. Didn't even lift a finger. Guessing they were management? A nice young man did help me and the meal was great! I believe those two people needs to be replaced by competent personnel.

Can't never seem to get turnovers and last night had hard dried out roast beef on my double

Misty the assistance manger is Rockin it! She dose a killer job keeping up with everything and at the same time have a Good attitude and be pleasant to customers! She deserves a Raise!

Ordered the ranch bacon turkey very little meat bread was tuff to bite into fries were cold what happened to the great sandwiches had to wait think it would be for fresh stuff that was a laugh

Hard to mess up an original roast beef sandwich, wasn't very fast service for a drive through especially. When I asked if there were a limit on the buy one get one free, they seemed to almost seem like I had asked them to do something disturbing or something.

$20 for a meal that was horrible! Fries were hot but had no taste, soda was good. Our condiments were forgot and the rib sandwich was tough and dry.
