17Never again will I eat here. Rude employees, missing items, and got some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had.
Hours say open till 10: 30pm, but if you arrive at 9: 56pm, they won’t take your order. We pulled up as the only car in line and they said they’re only taking doordash orders. This is a common trend nowadays of hours being inaccurate and employees making their own hours/rules for ordering. 1 star for wasting time going out of my way for Arby’s.
And before I get a response from the owner saying “hours may vary” like other complaints have received, the restaurant was open when I arrived, so why you would turn down a customer?
Wow. Completely disappointing. If these people give us a glimpse into the future for us. We're screwed. No eye contact, zero customer service. Absolute zero.
Very bad service and they take too long and they give you the wrong order apart from the one who serves you is itching his nose while serving people and touches the food disgusting I really do not recommend it do not waste your time there are better places
Ordered online, and obviously card was charged for the cost of the order, arrived at the establishment, and they were closed during their normal business hours.
Apparently they can only handle 1 customer at a time. They don’t bother to say anything to you as you sit at the speaker at the drive thru for several minutes. The guy before me in the drive thru said hello twice, didn’t get any response & went ahead to the window. I sat at the speaker for several minutes & got nothing so I proceeded to the window. The guy in front of me got his order & I pulled up. The female at the window asked if I was picking up an order. I said no, she said I’m not taking orders at the window. Wtaf? You clearly are only taking orders for DoorDash or whatever since the people that are actually AT your establishment are completely ignored. Spent my $$ elsewhere.
Ordered two roast beef sliders and two turkey sliders and an order of fries. The fries were hot one of the roast beef sliders was hot the other sliders were cold and the buns were maybe a teeny bit stale.
The workers there were respectful and polite. They gave eye contact and were very nice and welcoming.
Ordered through Grub Hub. Our order was missing 2 sandwiches and the fries were stale. The Beef and Cheddar's that did arrive had almost no cheddar.
I do not fault Grub Hub. The driver made good time and kept us notified of progress. Mistakes were made by Arby's.
Food was room temp
Fries were lukewarm
Soda was watered down
Staff made new hot sandwiches and
Crinkle fries. Apologized for the situation. Very polite.
Had a large order, the worker listened and got it right the first time (as I said it was a large order, I would have been ok if I needed to repeat some of it but it wasn't needed). He greeted me pleasantly when I pulled up, repeated my order and took the payment. He returned with my receipt, and told me it'd be up shortly. I received my order pretty quickly, was thanked, and I pulled up to make sure nothing was missing. Nothing was. It was packed well, and complete. If I were trying my hardest to figure out something to complain about, I couldn't do it. The food was fresh, and tasted great. Well done Arby's!
I ordered a French dip & Swiss and sweet tea. Easy, right? No sweet tea (they already cleaned the machine (7: 00 pm) ) and when returning home no dip for the sandwich. A disappointing experience.
Just tried the crinkle fries with cheese and they were amazing! Also had the smokehouse brisket, which is definitely my favorite!
They had surprisingly good service for the area. I would definitely go here again. Food tasted good, no complaints.
Order was wrong, and food was cold and obviously been sitting there. No napkins and more ice than diet coke
Can’t process my coupon because I didn’t place it at the speaker? Pathetic that a company with over $3B in sales couldn’t discount something at the window. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this location again.
