It was like being served by a zombie.no hello.no emotion whatsoever. Plus, no straws. They said they were completely out.ok.irritating but ok things happen.when I asked for sweetener I was handed sugar packets and told that was the closest thing they had to it. Not going back. You need to get your store in order.

Up until the last few months this location seemed pretty good. But since around October, you never know when they're going to be open; and they definitely they don't stick to their posted hours. Even if you try to go during what should be peak business hours for a fast food restaurant, it's a coin toss on whether they're open or not. To the owner, maybe keep a better eye on your employees? My husband called to confirm the hours last time we tried to go, and was told 7pm was closing time (even though posted hours are 8pm). He tried to go around 6pm, an hour before he was told they closed, and they had already closed up for the night. Your employees might be ripping you off.

Seriously, what's going on?

If there's an employee shortage it makes sense to close early, consistently, on specific days, for a long timeframe of weeks or months. It makes very little sense, as a restaurant, to have unpredictable hours that vary day by day (and from other reviews, multiple times during a single day), and to refuse to update your hours of operation on a website.

I tried to get Arby's delivered a few hours before they closed - the delivery person called and said "The doors are locked and the lights are off". What a headache that ended up being. My wife went up a week later at around 5: 30pm, well before the 8pm closing time. An employee yelled "We close at 5pm now! " as they climbed into their car. Two weeks later we called at 4: 30PM and there was no answer.

The food is decent but I don't have time to coordinate schedules with myself and every employee at an Arby's franchise.

Wth! Did Arby's change their beef and cheddar sauce or something? Ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwich's and instead of just cheese sauce on it they came with some kind of red sauce. Was terrible. Not sure if they messed up my order or not but I got all the way home before I found out. Wasn't too happy.

The food was good and hot. We did have to go around twice to get some red ranch, and they still gave us the wrong sauce. It's your sauce. Figure it out.seriously.

Went today as the Arnold location was closed during their business hours. Called to be sure this location was open and the gentleman that answered the phone was friendly and said they were open so we drove to this location. Young lady at the drive thru was very nice and the order was 100% correct including the sauces. Thanks for being open diring your business hours. I’ll drive the few extra miles to patronize this location now.

Went to go to Arby’s check their time closed supposed to be 10: 30 PM. Drive there realize they’re closed and it’s only 8: 30 PM I won’t never go back again. So if anybody ends up going there at night I guess you need to call to find out if they’re open or closed. If I could give them no stars I would

Erratic store hours. Often closed in early evening. Calling the store to ask if they are open doesn't work because nobody answers the phone.

I accidentally brought not enough change for a rb float, but Jacob the window boy was so nice, he said "it's only a few cents, not the end of the world" it brightened my day immensely! Thank you guys!

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes with nobody in front of us and we didn't hear a thing from the order machine. Eventually left empty handed and looked in the window and it looked empty buy a schedule said they were open.

In response to the owner's response, the store's hours were clearly posted as 11AM to 7PM on location and it was already 12: 40. Based on other similar reviews, I assume someone is just not doing their job. Unless there was some sort of medical emergency, I am not sure why a fast food restaurant would be closed during the lunch hour.

You never know when or if this Arby's will actually be open.
This Arby's typically has not been open anywhere near the 10: 30PM closing time stated on Arbys.com for at least a couple years (even before COVID). Several weeks ago (late April 2021), I stopped there before 9PM & they were already closed. I noticed a laser-printed sign on the drive-thru window stating 'Open 11AM - 7PM'. So the next time I stopped by at 6: 30PM and sure enough, they were already closed, with a different laser-printed sign on the drive-thru window stating they close at 5PM.

Last 2 times I went there, I drove off with nothing. The 1st time I was told that she was shut down for the evening, it was 6: 30pm and they close at 7pm. The 2nd time I was told all the computers were shut down and having problems. Employees either don't know what they're doing or just full of xxit.

Sign on door said drive thru only. Go to drive thru and it was blocked off. Drove to window and it was blocked off. This is at 5: 35 pm 6/11/2021. Put your hours of operations on your reader board or close down completely.

Drive thru only location with limited hours. Hours on here are incorrect and not using signage to alert customers of this change.

Worst experience. I waited in a long line to order my food. I order in the drive thru only to find out they never put my order in. So they took my order at the drive thru window and asked me to pull up and wait. 15 min later I got out and knocked on the door and cars in the drive thru tell me they are closed it was 8: 15pm.soo i had to knock on the drive thru window to get my money back. They never even made my order. Many people driving away from the line angry after being told they were apparently closed. I got no apology or anything. Will certainly not return here.

Stopped today for lunch at 11: 40. White truck parked at drive-thru. I was the 3rd car. After ten minutes with no movement and 3 more cars behind me, I pulled out of line to the empty window. I inquired if there was a problem.
He said "No, we don't open until noon. "
REALLY?

Drive thru only, no take out orders or dining in at 3 PM on a Saturday. It's just lack of enthusiasm and pure laziness, the wa there restaurants are doing. To the owners or CEO: hire some decent employees!

Shocking! They screwed up my order as usual. Also excellent customer service at the drive through window when the young lady said 0 words as she reached for my card and handed me a bag of food.

Was asked to pull forward No issues on that. They forgot my sauce I politely ask if I could get sauce. When other employ gave me my sauce and Thanks Them. No reply form employee. Rude
My sandwiches were smashed.
Will not recommend or go back
