Arby's, Belton MO

So the service is a 5*. The ladies at desk were both polite and quick. The food was good but I don't know if they changed their chicken strips but they're not good anymore. Fries were ok. Had an apple turnover. Apparently they're cold now? So that's different. The bathroom was mostly clean but no paper towels. So I had no way to dry my hands.

I get the Greek Gyro with Curly fries and med.drink. Everyone is so friendly, the food is quickly and expertly made and the prices are reasonable. What I've always liked about Arby's is that they are generous with their portions! Want a change from the old burger? Try an Arby's Greek Gyro. I have one about once a month!

Ordered a couple of sandwiches, fries, and poppers. They forgot the poppers. They usually forget something if you go through the drive thru if you have more than 3 items, so, check your order before you get home. But if the many other times I've been here, the food is always good and if they forget something, they've always made it right.

Love the 2 for $7 and the 4 for $10 options. It's a great value. I have not been inside Arby's for many years, as I usually use the drive thru. It seemed as if I was bothering the cashier. Whatever you do, don't ask for a small orange cream shake. They don't sell small. They sell regular and large. So my request for small was met with a disgusted retort that they only sell regular and large.

After food sits out for a certain amount of time you are supposed to throw it away not serve it to customers.

Great food but even better staff! Thanks to the night shift who were very gracious following my long (18 hr) work day!

RAW CHICKEN! Ordered Kings Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich and French dip& Swiss, they forgot to include the dipping sauce, and we were served undercooked raw chicken! Not sure how to attach photos but will do that asap! Absolutely disgusting!

We had a deal, 4 for 10 and curly fries. 2 leftover for later. They had Coke Zero, which isn't common. Nice staff.

My husband and I (both have worked in hospitality management) were just denied service because we wouldn't pull our car forward, despite there being NO cars behind us. Employee and manger were rude. Will never go there again.

This is a fairly new Arby's, and while the good is generally great, the service at the window isn't super friendly all the time. They aren't rude really, but they aren't super customer service friendly.

Went and got a double roast beef and their crispy chicken sandwich. The double roast beef was a little light on roast beef. And the chicken sandwich was beyond disappointment. It looked like a hamburger. It was the same color as a quarter pounder and size. Started to take it back then realized they don't sell hamburgers. Stay away from the chicken burger.

The sandwhich was swimming in sauce. When I unwrapped the sandwhich it felt like peeling off a diaper from an infant with a bad case of diarrhea.

We went to Arby's this evening at 5: 30pm with 0 cars in line. We waited for about 5 minutes before the associate asked us to pull forward. We told them there aren't any cars in line why would we need to pull forward it should almost be ready. The manager then came to the window and said it was their policy to have us move forward even if there aren't any cars in line because it messes with our numbers. When I said I would rather wait and can pull forward if another car gets in line the associate then handed me a receipt and said you can leave and refunded our $30 order. At that point I just thought it was ridiculous the staff was being so rude and understood why there weren't any customers there at 5: 30pm on a Tuesday. Needless to say we will not be returning to Arby's again. Terrible service. I was a General Manager in the hospitality industry for Intercontinental Hotels for a decade and cannot believe this location is even open after this experience.

The crew tonight was great! I was getting food after work and was in uniform. Rushing to get to my room to watch the second half of the Super Bowl! I am staying at the hotel right behind and when I got into my room, I opened my bag and there was a bag of cookies. On it said “Thx 4 service. ” I’m a local first responder and was pleasantly surprised! It was a great interaction with the drive threw worker! Alway have had a good experience at this location!

The girls at the window were awesome! All smiles even though I was the first customer that was waiting for them to open, I will definitely be back

This place in Belton is getting worse by the week.out of beef this week.how can a beef place be out of beef.cold fries.the staff is mostly kids who don't care

As expensive as these meals are I managed to get a sandwich where the meat tasted rank and had to throw it away with only fries to eat the entire day as I had to correct the order in the drive thru. Needless to say I have nausea and an upset stomach with a headache so probably food poisoning from just the amount I ate which had I finished the sandwich could of been severe. Not impressed, wont be going back to This location.
