Arby's, Warrensburg MO

Was going there regularly to eat. The food is good. The fellas that work in the kitchen need to keep good hygiene reminders.we do not care to eat there if the employees come in to work and smell up the room as they walk past us. Employees need to be reminded to bathe daily instead of looking so shaggy. We will not be returning.

Because of the "Speed of Service". It forced them to park me to wait for my food. In which a drink was forgotten because the employee was rushed to move us away from the drive thru.

Food used be pretty good, but now I won't rate it as great. Service is good and the atmosphere of the place feels dull.

Arby's us a favorite fast food restaurant. Good food, good service. Clean restrooms & dining room.

Not busy when I pulled in got to window to be told have to have exact change. No peppercorn ranch and pull out to wait need to make more fries. Waited waited and saw my bag being taken to another car first. Not a very pleasant experience, but food was good.

They were GREAT. The bag ripped and the food fell on the ground. They re-made it and brought it out pretty quickly.

I had ordered the newer burger they have there and it was pink (raw) in the middle. When I called the kid on the phone said that is the way they serve them is medium rare. I said I bet if I temp'd this it wouldn't temp to 165 like it should. I worked for McDonalds for 25 years this isn't right. He said ma'am were not McDonalds were Arby's.

I went to Arby's yesterday and bought a chicken salad sandwich. The bread was stale (hard). So had my husband pick up a chicken salad wrap without lettuce tonight. The wrap was so hard I don't know how they rolled it up and it was full of lettuce. I usually would give them a five star review, but not this week.

I visited on the evening of 4/8/23. The food was so fresh, and the staff was so friendly and kind.

This Arbys is pretty good on most things, but their chicken tenders are tough as heck to bite through. Always a toss up on whether food is hot or not.

I got a couple Arby's beef and cheddar sandwiches and red ranch sauce. The food came out quick and hot and it was made well. No complaints!

Arby's quit carrying their good tasting Ham. That's a main meat, so in reality, Arby's doesn't have all the Meats!

What happened to "Fast-food"? I'm seeing more and more that using the drive thru is not fast when; your order is taken, you pay at the window and wait ten minutes after being instructed to pull into a parking spot to have your meal brought out. I enjoy the food, but the aggravation of expecting the drive thru experience to be quick is disappointing.

I have NO idea who is working the window at 1: 15pm today but sweet Pete you could NOT have a more kind person working for you! Customer service alone gives you 5 stars from us!

This Arby's is by far the best one I've been to. The food is always fast, fresh, and hot. If you haven't gone here yet, I highly recommend it. Erin and her crew are the best there is (:

The prime rib sandwich was greasy and the portion size was small. Although there was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru I spent over 10 minutes in total wait time.

I really like Army's food in general and most of the food. I had for the first time the crispy fish. It was not what the picture on marquee looked like. It did not fit on bun. Buns are round and the fish was a triangle shape. (to big) there was too much sauce on it that did not taste like Tartar sauce. Sorry guys. Stay with beef.

Went for the first time not too long ago and I’ll never return. Been to Arby’s plenty of times in different states and never understood why it gets so much hate on social media until I came here. We ordered a few different meals and waited a short amount of time before they came with our food and were a bit excited since normally when you wait a while at fast food places it all comes out fresh but this was the exact opposite. Cold food for all of us. Sadness and despair clutched as again and we were disappointed beyond belief. Are night reduced to another tear filled precipice of hopelessness when all we needed was warm food.
