Manager made me a old sandwich, and I was the first customer of the day.

Went to grab Arby’s tonight and not only did they give us a brisket sandwich instead of the French dip, I asked for a refund (on the price difference only) for the price difference. Got told they can’t give me a refund “because the assistant manager doesn’t have the code to put in and would need the manager to enter” and “come back tomorrow” ummmm… I live 20 minutes away. Absolutely not. Call your manager and have them give the code? “No, they are off the clock” I’m livid at this point and being told that I’m not getting my money back (that I work for) is not being put back in my account. So I flip off everyone (no money, I’m mad) and then get told “that was unnecessary” and “do not come back or we will call the cops” I’m sorry did my finger hurt you? Not getting the price difference back goes against ME. I do not spend my hard money to get screwed out of it, Uncle Sam does plenty of that. Will not spend anymore of my money at that establishment. Maybe they should always have someone there that can issue refunds?

Ordered thru door dash, the door dahser was there before food was ready and they drive time to my house was typical so I was happy to be getting hot food delivered (we never do this, but I am not feeling the best). I was upset when I discovered the food was cold.not mildly warm but down right cold (discusting fries and mozzarella sticks). I ordered a french dip and the bread was stale, which wouldn't have bothered me so much is I had gotten the au jus that is supposed to come with it, but it was missing. Also, ordered the fish sticks that were supposed to come with tater sauce that was also missing.

Friendly, always clean, food always hot & taste good, order is always right, so far, never had aproblen.

Ordered a Reuben Combo. The sandwich was simply marbled rye bread. The menu does not label the sandwich as "grilled", but in the past is was grilled or toasted-not sure which. Definitely was better than plain marbled rye bread. Very disappointed.

Food was decent. But I decided I wanted a wagyu burger and went in after we got our drive through order. The manager ignored me standing at the counter. After a few minutes she finally called a girl to come up to the front. I get that she was doing other things but she didn't even acknowledge me. As a manager she could have said " Someone will be right with you". Leaving a review so that hopefully her actions can be corrected. 3 stars is for the food. Girl at the counter who took my order was kind and attentive.

Refused to remake two shakes that were extremely runny. Girl with face tattoos came around counter as I was asking for manager in an intimidating manner.

Ordered at drive thru. Service was great. Had the best fresh made hot fries that we have had anywhere in ages. All food was delicious.

Drive thru was wrapped all the way to the road, however service was all in a timely manner, our food was hot.

Literally no one inside ordering. No one in line at drive thru ordering. Still rude and rushing my five person order. Never had someone so rude take my order before. Would give negative if I could.

Don't online order. Heather, the store manager, requires her employees to have you come inside to retrieve your order.

4 Arby's RB for $10 was a great deal, in fact every time we run to the City we always have to stop by Arby's in Harrisonville and bring home 4 RB sandwiches for $10! In fact, we came home with 8 sandwiches for our neighbors who watched Tux and Kota! Yes, Tux and Kota had an RB sandwich too! Thanks again, Heather Cruz, Mgr for always making sure our order is correct! Kudos to you and your staff! Yummy. We'll definitely be back soon!

We prefer Arby's over all fast food restaurants! But now they offer more menu items (9) that are poultry of some kind and only (6-7) beef options. And a favorite menu item of mine was the hot ham & cheese sandwich. What in the world happened to "Arby's Roast Beef"?

Went inside to eat, placed our order. No one told us until we seen the sign no carbonation for the soft drinks. It would have been nice to know before hand.
