Went thru drive thru, pulled up to Window paid, looked and saw the girl filling the Bags was picking Sandwiches OFF the ground, asked for my Money back n left, Really like Arby's but kinda shying away PTSD lol, not going back to Excelsior springs Arby's

If someone orders DoorDash from here, it’d be nice to get some napkins and sauce with order

Tonight an absolute witch of a customer came in and was making a huge fuss about having to wait for hot nuggets. The women behind the counter did an amazing job dealing her professionally and gracefully. The GM should be proud of such a great staff.

Our food was hot and fresh and the new lobby looks great. We were here visiting family and will definitely come back!

Was on vacation and our car broke down for the night so we had to walk to get food close by and they let us in late to eat our food. Super friendly employees and manager. Very knowledgeable. Food was the best I’ve had. Hot fresh food, tasted good. Definitely recommend!

The employees were super friendly and we had a decent conversation about the different types of specialty drinks that they have. Very clean environment and the food was super good too

I was disappointed because they had a sign that said 5 for 5 sp we went inside to get that deal. When we went to order it. They said it had to do it on my phone. I tried the app didny work and I ended up spending over 20 bucks. So thar is very discouraging. Someone needs to fix this issue.

Nothing above and beyond.just routine. Everybody was nice. It was a pleasant atmosphere. About what you would expect when you go out to a fast food restaurant. No complaints

We ate here yesterday. French dips were great. First fries were cold and leftover but the girl happily cooked fresh hot ones and brought them to our table. (In the future please just throw away leftover fries). It looks like most reviews are of the old Arby's. Go in and try the brand new one!

Food wasn't nearly as good as I've gotten from other Arby franchises. Could be worked on greatly to improve this

Arbys was delicious, I ate here with my family the other day and I don't eat out often anymore. They have good deals on food and this particular location is very clean inside and the food is very highly quality.

I love how much attention their web person pays to comments! I guy say they are permanently closed & the building has been removed. Arbys wants more info! I was there a week later & it looks like the building was removed months ago. The weeds are waist high.
