We boarded our two French bulldogs with Arch City for the first time and couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! The whole team was so friendly and they took excellent care of them! When we arrived for pick up the boys were having such a good time they didn’t even notice we were there at first! Got a run down of their week on pick up and we could really tell the staff took time to get to know our boys and play with them! We will definitely be back!

My black lab enjoyed his stay-cation at Arch City Boarding. It was an enriching experience for him as he gets to meet and play with other dogs and is pampered by the staff. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! This was my first time leaving my pup at boarding, I was super nervous but Shelly reassured me about any worries I had and made me feel super safe and comfortable. Drop off and pick up was very accommodating and easy too! Definitely will be using Arch City again for any of my boarding needs in the future.

Perfect. We love our dogs, but they don't love you, or other dogs, or cats, or crates, or change, or lots of things. So it's been a challenge to board them. Our dogs had a great time while we were gone. Shelly and her staff are professional and caring. I felt like our babies were in great hands. We have a 7-month-old bloodhound who is a handful, and they were so patient with him. I would highly recommend them I can't wait to attend training.

It's difficult to review a boarding place when you don't see what's going on while you're away. Here's what I do know. Shelly asked a lot of questions about our dogs and gave us time to tell her about their personalities, needs, and issues during the meet and greet. She took notes, which made me feel like it mattered to her to give them personalized care. One of my dogs has anxiety and gets very upset when we leave her. When we pick her up after a stay at Arch City, our girl greets us with happiness and excitement, which tells me that she isn't traumatized by her stay. This alone is worth a 5-star review to me. When we have picked her up from other facilities, she desperately runs to the door, with her tail tucked, trying to get out, and doesn't even acknowledge that we're there.

Shelly and the staff at Arch City are lifesavers. My pup Colonel has anxiety issues, and we previously has issues with another boarder, so we weren’t sure what to do. Arch City came highly recommended from our trainer at Stray Rescue, and we will never go anywhere else. Shelly and her team specialize in dogs with anxiety and nervousness and are a godsend. Arch City worked one-on-one with Colonel to help him get settled in and worked with me to settle my own nervous dog parent woes. Shelly is easy to communicate with, super transparent, and I know that heaven forbid anything were to happen, she would give my pup the same level of care and attention I would. Colonel loves Arch City too! The moment he sees the building, he knows exactly where he is and could not care less about saying bye- he loves Shelly and his friends at Arch City.

My pup has been staying with Shelly and her team at Arch City Dog Boarding on overnights and vacations for nearly a year now. He is always very excited and happy to go see Shelly and his friends which reassures me that he is having a great time while he’s there. Scheduling in advance and invoicing online are very easy once set up after the initial meet and greet. I highly recommend Shelly and Arch City Dog Boarding!
