Arch City was great to deal with and the overall experience was easy. Alexa helped out a lot and was professional and very easy to work with since I had so many questions. The installers did a great job. I love my Quartz countertop and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Arch City Granite did it again! This is the second time we've used them in our home, and I have the kitchen of my dreams because of it. Rahul went above and beyond - he listened to what I liked about the granite I picked out and gave me beautifully sparkling countertops. We chose Mona Lisa granite, but they also have a gorgeous selection of marble, quartz, and more. The gentleman who measured our kitchen was quick and professional, as well as the crew who installed. It was an overall amazing experience, and I can tell they strive for excellence! Another bonus is the time from picking out the granite to install was fast! I highly recommend Arch City if you want a perfect kitchen or bathroom you can love spending time in and admiring!

Incredible, quick service. I was quoted 4-6 weeks from other places for templating and installation of a small project. I contacted Arch City and was able to go out the next day to look at their showroom and within 7 days, they came out to template and install. Great pricing, communication, speed, and quality work. Highly recommend.

It was great working with them. Everything went perfect form start to finish. They gave me a great product for a great price. I'm a hard to please contractor so if I'm happy you should be too. Thousands lower then the others I checked.

I at last got my countertops and backsplash installed! (Arch City was waiting on me) BREATHTAKING is the one word that fits! I could not go to bed last night as I was in awe of the Granite that was installed! I LOVE the NATURAL STONE! Since template time it was not long at all! I HIGHLY recommend ARCH CITY! All of their granite was beautiful, however when I tried to call them during working hours to discuss my quote I did not get anyone and my voicemail was not responded to.

Stellar job by the folks at Arch City Granite. They set up the plan and then hit every milestone and completed the project on time (thank you Alexa). This was despite the fact there was some confusion over the slab (from another company). Rahul handled the issue and coordinated with everyone to ensure there were no delays. The teams handling demo, measurement, Installation and plumbing reconnect were all professional and efficient. I love it when a plan is created and everything works right. My wife, she just loves the look of her gorgeous new granite countertops. Highly recommend!

The large in house selection blew me away! Having Row after row to choose from was crucial to finding exactly what I needed. EXCELLENT customer service and a very clean and smooth install. I had complete confidence every step of the way.

I can’t say enough about the team at Arch City! Robyn at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. She worked with me on scheduling the template and install, and the appointments I had to make in the store. Rahul is so detailed and cares a lot about his job! He walked me through the warehouse with all the options for countertops, and priced out my top three. Before the install, he met me to choose which pieces go where in the kitchen and make the seams look best. The prices are lower than anywhere else I looked and the installers were professional and fast! The kitchen turned out perfectly!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and Arch City did an amazing job on the granite counter tops. They were responsive and helpful from the start. Rahul and the staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the process. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and their attention to detail! Great customer service; it is the little things that differentiate between good and great and this operation is great. The representatives know their product, their inventory and deliver answers on the spot. The warehouse showroom is very large which allows them to have a large inventory while offering plenty of room to stroll through and view the products. Before you make a decision to buy granite or quartz be sure to give them a visit, it’s a great experience.

I can’t be more pleased with my new counters. Read positive reviews on the company and couldn’t image everything that was being said was possible. IT WAS ALL TRUE! The job was out of town and a bit complicated but everyone was pleasant and had a “can do attitude” Pricing was very fair.
I definitely will use them for two more projects. Great company. Thank you

1st time granite/stone buyer! Arch City's entire staff was great throughout. Alexa let us do the entire selection process remotely due to COVID. Quick w responses, paperwork, and a quote. Were flexible w us when our floor installers got behind schedule. Installation was fast, professional, and they cleaned up super well. I'm so pleased w the results, and I'm known for being pretty darn picky!
