Aurilia was amazing throughout the leasing process. I am leasing from out of state so it was all via email. My sister viewed the property for me. Aurilia sent me a detailed message with floor plans, pricing and Youtube videos for apartments that matched what I was looking for. The application was approved lightning fast and the lease came just as fast. A truly wonderful experience. It is hard to lease something from a different state and she made it painless. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience working with Lilly, a leasing agent at Aria Apartments. She was very kind, courteous, and professional in all of our interactions. She was also very prompt and educated when it came to answering any questions I had. I'm looking forward to working with their team more as a resident.

My leasing agent Lilly was super helpful and very quick with her replies to any of my issues. They worked with me to ensure that I got what I needed and that my lease was correct. All in all very good service, they were always so polite and understanding with everything!

Good amenities, but excessively expensive for what's offered. Aria has gone too far cutting costs when building these units. Ours was one of the newest, and within one month of living there, we had a leak in our garage that took Aria about 2 months to resolve. Two weeks after moving in, we also had gallons of water pouring into our apartment due to a faulty AC unit. Furthermore, our thermostat stopped working over the winter and had to be replaced 3 times. The furnace would run non-stop, which made our electricity bill go past $300 in one month. Our oven never reached its marked temperature, making it quite difficult to bake/cook. It is clear they have also saved on insulation since we could hear everything going on in the unit above us.

Security is also an issue at Aria. A couple of times, we needed their help, and they were not available. Once, for example, someone at the swimming pool seemed to have a gun and was hitting and pushing people. My husband called security and was asked to go back to the pool to see if the person had left and, if he hadn’t, to call the police because they didn’t have anyone who could check.

Finally, rent seems to go up every year. We were told we would have to pay $250 more per month to extend our lease. I recommend avoiding hanging anything on the walls. Even a small chip will serve them as an excuse to take a chunk of money from your initial deposit to repaint the unit.

I wouldnt rent here at all.
Kids got sick form all the dust and constructions which never ends.
The AC system was horrible.

Love this apartment complex, they were able to help us get into an apartment on short notice when we had complications with our previous move. They really helped us out. The apartment we received was beautiful and very spacious. We over looked the lake and had plenty of sun. The storage in the 2bed Encore is amazing and they made out cat very welcome!

I got very bad experience, lived there for 2 years.
Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t rent here at all.
A lot of construction for the whole 2 years and when I moved out they charged me 1200$ for random stuff, they will find a way to take whatever deposit you pay and in my case they added more charge!

They charged me for stuff I didn’t do, there was damage to the kitchen floor in one of extremely cold day. I called immediately to report, they said they are busy and they got back to me in 3 days, they asked me if I want the floor to be fixed, I told them it doesn’t bother me and I just want to make sure they document I didn’t do this.
On my moving out i see 1000$ charge for that same damaged floor!

Love all of the aria amenities and staff. I recommend working with Abby W. She was so helpful and made the decision to lease so easy!
