Avoid this place and go anywhere else. My mom had her dress hemmed here, and I and my maid of honor also had our dresses altered here. On my mom’s dress we didn’t notice till later but where she hemmed it to make it shorter was not even. For my dress all she had to do was add a mesh, pull the straps a little up and add buttons to bustle the dress. For my maid of honors dress she just added padding, shorted the dress and adjusted the straps when we asked how much she told use $250 for both dresses. When we came back to try the dresses one she did not hem my maid of honors dress correctly and it needed to be hemmed more. She agreed to fix it and to press the dresses to get the creases out. When I came back to pick up the dresses she told me that my dress was terrible to press and made a big ordeal about having to do something she was hired for. When I went to check out she charged me $400 instead of the $250 we initially agreed upon. Day of my wedding I noticed that she did not adjust the straps correctly and they were uneven. The quality of work is poor and the pricing is ridiculous and she changes the price. It doesn’t help she’s an all cash business too and you do not get an kind of invoice for the work. I wish I read more reviews before coming here.

My daughter needed two dresses altered as they were too big. When I called Arina was accommodating. We arrived with the “gowns” in hand for my toddler and Arina was caught off guard and did not think she could alter them in time but took them anyway. She went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to ensure her dresses were ready for our big wedding event in Europe. Would recommend her for the smallest and largest of alterations. Thank you Arina. It is tough to find a good, professional tailor store nowadays. Arina's store, with over twenty years of experience, has the best service and professionalism.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called beforehand to ask if I could come in to get my bridesmaids dress hemmed, and she said it would be no problem at all. When she asked my name, and realised I was Bosnian, she said, “Oh… a Bosnian. ” which already rubbed me the wrong way. I get there today, and she starts lecturing me about how she doesn’t have time for me and it’s not our fault we got the dress 2 weeks before the wedding and I need to go find a place somewhere else because she doesn’t have time. I told her this is why I called and asked to come at a certain time. And she told me I could just leave and go somewhere else. Immensely unprofessional. Whether or not she acted like this because I’m Bosnian is beyond me but I’m absolutely disgusted with the way she spoke to me and the way she regarded my business with her.

Arina did an outstanding job on my wedding dress alterations. She brought the top in and added a bustling feature for my reception.

Had exceptional service done here! We came in last minute and asked for a dress to be hemmed, and pants tailored with just a 2 day turn around. They had it ready for us in just one day! Great work done. The clothes fit perfectly. We will come back for future tailoring!

Clothes never fit me right and she is always fixing them for me so I look nice wherever I go. She does the kids clothes as well. Mostly taking in waists because they’re all skinny with long legs! The atmosphere is relaxing and she’s always so friendly and nice. Thank you Arinas for consistently providing great service to my family!
