THE WORST APARTMENTS TO STAY! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!

The apartments are OLD, and LIMITED management staff. You will be at GOD's mercy if anything breaks in your apartment.

This is coming from their existing tenant: The AC has been non-functional for ALMOST A MONTH in a 2 BHK Apt and there's no one to help!
I've been going back and forth, tirelessly making calls and doing everything I can to find a solution but all my pleas have fallen to deaf ears!

Imagine being locked inside in a room with a temporary worn-out AC (provided as a temporary solution) which is as effective as a fan in a sauna (check out the photos, The 1900's AC and the thermostat which didn't report after 99F but it was way hotter!)

I raised the issue with their service team multiple times, and they did come by to check it out. But their response was disheartening – they said THERE IS NO SPARE AC TO LEND which leaves me stuck in a stuffy room with no respite.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Tracy the leasing agent is GREAT! She cares about the community. Whenever I need anything she's on it. The community is quiet and clean. I'm happy to call Arlington my home. Thank you for such a great experience.

EXCELLENT PLACE To live, THE houses aren't nasty, no loud people, very quiet best people the staff are nice popular area for students that go to Craig Elementary. There are parties at pools that are not loud, but I'm very upset because we had to move to a dumb place. I miss Arlington, and we never had noise complaints. We had to move from Arlington to a dumpy poorly job other apartment building.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unless your ok with maintenance not fixing/replacing/repairing anything… It gets better the STAFF is non existent and will tell you the same thing over and over… TRACEY the front desk just doesn’t need her job at all she’s the ONLY ONE and never there and the demeanor she gives off she doesn’t care or want to be there. Everyday by 4p everyone is gone even tho the office is open til 6p maintenance is gone by 4p everyday. Lunch has to be from the hours of 9: 30-1p because no one is in the office or answering phones. Nothing gets resolved I’ve only been here for one month and my AC doesn’t work, Week 1 my basement flooded and the floor came up and it’s still not fixed, Walls are all patched and painted over dirt and mess, Flooring is as cheap as it gets, NEVER REPLACED THE CARPET, the tub peeled away, Everything is dated, TRASH compactor is disgusting bags and trash everywhere around it… Nothing is probably going to happen even after this review. JUST DO NOT RENT HERE SAVE THE TROUBLES!

Pretty much my whole year of living here has been littered with problems. It started with Arlington informing us TWO days before our lease start date that the apartment was not ready. Then when we moved in there was no fridge, the apartment was not clean from the previous tenant, there were nails everywhere, and the carpets were soaking wet. Shortly after we felt the need to install a doorbell camera due to multiple instances of random men trying to enter our home. The AC broke about 4 times. We have been without AC for over a week due to the need to completely replace the unit and they keep saying there is a “delay”. Our heat stopped working during the coldest week of winter and that also took multiple days for someone to come out and fix it. We have had 2 problems with mice in which they were in our kitchen and got into all our food. There were squirrels living in the attic/walls for MONTHS and I had to vacate my bedroom for a month (and they gave up trying to catch them so it’s still an issue). We felt unsafe, we were not taken care of, and the property overall is cheap and uninhabitable. I would recommend looking at another place to live.

Horrible place to live if you want to keep your mental intact! The place is practically falling apart left and right! Biggest issue currently is our neighbors play their music LOUDLY (I can sing every word of the songs) and have guest over at all hours of the night! We have complained to management since August (called, e-mailed and stopped by the office) when we moved to the new unit and nothing has been resolved! We work, we have children and music and partying til 3AM 3-4 times/week is not what we signed up for. Hopefully another apartment complex in this area is available come August, until then Creve Coeur police will be called every time for the noise disturbances!
