As a first time truck buyer & unsure about my exact needs for the job ahead, Keith knew the answers. If by chance he didn’t, he’d find out & call me back. Things that were important to me, such as a Cummins with manual transmission & more, Keith searched & found a few options. Together we narrowed it down from there to the perfect truck for me to start my ownership path with. Of course I explained the type of hauling I’d be doing & Keith knew a lot about that as well. He knew what trucks would do the job & what would not.
Most of the business was done in phone calls or texts. I flew in from Ohio to complete the deal & take delivery without any worries.
At delivery, having most of the paperwork already signed electronically, my inspection & test drive was done, few more lines to sign, & I was on my way.

Several minor details about my truck should've been found & fixed "before" I showed up to make the purchase. I wasted a day & 1/2 of my time on waiting for these repairs to be made. I understand that used trucks have problems but regardless, these units need to be inspected with more detail.

Sleeper lights weren't working, driver's seat needed fixed, air leak under the seat needed repaired, orange "wrench" warning light kept lighting up, power outlets weren't working, batteries were old & under-powered, door "unlock" buttons weren't working.

All it would take would be the mechanic to inspect the unit thoroughly before the buyer shows up to take possession. This is not my Salespersons fault. It's the fault of whoever inspected the truck. They were clearly doing a rushed job.

Other than this frustrating day & 1/2 of wasted time, I am pleased with the purchase.
