Not being a garage door expert in a new home, I needed my broken garage door to close. These guys showed up within 3 hours to fix it, yet charged me $110 when he told me it was going to be $100.
I will be replacing both of my garage doors in the next 2 months and asked if that $100 that I was charged (for them to find the lock to close said door. 2 minutes of work) could be applied towards the purchase of (and installation of said doors) due to the fact that they merely locked the door.
$110 (not $100) for literally 2 minutes.
They WILL NOT BE used in the future.

A man and his son came out to work on my mother in laws garage door. They were professional and gave me advice on how to make the garage door work better. Replaced the springs at my request (one had broken, henceforth the call). The garage has never worked better. They did not price gouge, and improved our situation dramatically. With so many dishonest people out there, it was refreshing to get honest work at an honest price. Thank you

Needed a new garage door opener. Arrowhead was quick to respond to my needs. Discussed my options on the phone and gave me a fair quote. Came out the next day and installed the unit opener. Great customer service and the price was the exact quote given on the phone.

Called due to garage door not opening. Same day appointment and diagnosis was shredded belt. Talked over option and we decided to get a new opener with chain belt this time. Great service very informative and fair. Thanks Darin!

Chain off on my garage door. Adjusted works good. Friendly but for 15-20 minutes of work and no parts feel duped for the price today. I wasn't at home so my Son paid. Sr Citizen.

I called this morning because I was having to push my garage door to help it get all the way down. It's always had a gap when it "closes, " but lately it was only making about 2/3 down and then it would go right back up. The fellas were out just in time for my lunch break, and got all of the springs, pulleys, and cables replaced. They also installed a lock for me, and replaced a roller that's comes loose sometimes. My garage FULLY CLOSES now, for the first time in 20 years. They did what needed to be done, and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. I definitely recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Fair pricing and great service! I called them to get a garage door put in on the new house and they were very helpful in getting the custom door I wanted within a reasonable time frame. I really liked this company in the past and he helped service me before. His number was even above my garage opener. However he never called me back recently for a new garage opener. I called today because of a service issue and he won't work with me anymore because I didn't buy my new garage doors from him over 5 years ago, maybe longer. Who knows. It wasn't even for free work. His title says repair so I was even more confused why he said no. People don't want business anymore which is sad. Oh well.
