I hired ARS construction to replace my roof due to hail damage. They were also doing work on several other houses in the neighborhood. They came out right away and gave me a written estimate and worked very well with my insurance company. They also identified a couple of items that the insurance adjuster missed which were then added to my claim. Once we agreed to do the work, they scheduled my project almost immediately, and completed the work quickly. The quality of the roof work was very good. I have very high expectations and asked them to make a couple of corrections on other parts of the project to my satisfaction. After we discussed, they agreed and took care of everything the way I wanted. I would use ARS construction again for my next project.

ARS Construction and their team were one of the easiest companies we have ever worked with. AMAZING customer service, professionalism, and craftsmanship. Their work speaks for itself! We had several smaller projects that needed to be completed: painting, siding work, mud and tape work, and electrical work that needed to be done. Each job was done perfectly and looks amazing! They did exactly what they said they would do, showed up on time, communicated with us through the entire project. The couple of times something needed to be changed or rescheduled we were notified immediately. This type of customer service seems to be nonexistent anymore, but not with ARS Contracting! We will definitely recommend them to others and never hesitate to use them for any future projects we need done.

ARS performed a solid job in providing us with a new GenFlex – TPO (20-year, 100 mph, Cut & Puncture warranty) ISO system approximately 2 years ago.

The area was 8600 square feet, with numerous tapers and crickets.

We’ve had no leaks from the TPO system they installed.

Ensure from the very beginning, you have good communication between ARS and any 3rd party vendors, regarding scheduling.
We had Mechanical contractors sitting idle, waiting for the roofers to address the areas around the cooling towers, which needed to be hoisted for the roofing system to be removed and laid underneath. We took a significant ding on the wasted time.

Called about some roofing and siding questions. Ethan Larson came out the next day. He met with the insurance adjuster and handled everything while keeping me in the loop the entire time.

They did not do what I wanted. When I said something they got mad at me and demanded it looks good and demanded the money. I gave them the money cause I'm not usually one to argue, they were very rude and hostile. I would give no stars if I could.

My roof was recently damaged by a storm that included lots of hail and strong winds, and Collin was the fairy godmother that made everything right. He was in the area and came to inspect our house on a moment's notice. (Compared to the roofing company we called that ghosted us, we were very grateful.) His team had a tarp installed on our roof within a few hours, before the next set of storms rolled in.

Collin helped guide me through the whole process dealing with insurance and repairs, and he also helped me pick replacement parts that would make the house look even better than before, all while being stronger. (This was a no-pressure thing, but I trusted his input and went with it, and I'm glad I did.)

He followed through with scheduling construction dates, and he ensured everything was completed to everyone's expectation. We had two small outstanding items that I noticed, and Collin's team was already on it by the time I actually contacted Collin.

When we were settling everything, I miscalculated $500 extra that I owed, and Collin corrected me. That kind of honesty is greatly appreciated, and it stands out as a reason I should be doing more business with Collin for future projects.
