Art Nails, Raytown MO

Hands down my favorite place to go, I've been getting my nails done since 2003 when I lived in CO and then I moved out here and had the hardest time finding a place that did a great job while charging me a great price. I will hands down NOT going anywhere else. My only complaint would be that they aren't open on Sundays, so sometimes I have to wait till Monday, but I will always and forever wait because they treat you like comeback customers, and make sure that you are satisfied with anything they do! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place for my nails and toes!

Had excellent service here! The prices are affordable, the staff is friendly! My daughter got fussy halfway through our service and the lady doing my nails didn't get upset with me and was very patient while I calmed her down. They did an excellent job on my 2 year old's nails also. Will definitely be coming back!

I was physically assaulted pushed, yelled at, and held against my will! They scam services, and Lock the door And physically block/ kidnap you if you don’t want to pay for Extra services you did not ask for that they tack on. I had to call the POLICE to get out of there!

I had a $70 gift certificate given to me. Well it expired a month ago. I had double knee replacement so I haven’t been able to get out. They would not honor it. So my pedicure really was charged $100.
I explained this to them. Mean mean mean
I will never go here again I’ve gone here many times before. And I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Actually will do the opposite. Shame on them

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and Art nails is by far my favorite, very welcoming, clean and nice! Jazmin does my nails and she always does exactly what i ask for or better!

This place is awesome. I started going to Art nails a little over a year. I have sat in all the chairs and they all do a GREAT JOB. I will not go to any other nail salon they have my business for life. Very clean they are very professional if you have a apt at 2 you will be seated by 2: 15 not 2: 45 and 3pm with other nail shops I've been too.great place with great people.

I have been getting my nails done here and as long as you make an appointment and come when u say your coming you get right in. Never any problems getting in this way.

A few days ago i came as a walk in and was treated very good.the older man did my nails, you can tell he does good quality work because he takes his time.i got a pedicure with the younger girl, i believe it was samantha.she did an amazing job.she’s very quiet but her work is flawless.from jumping to shop to shop i’ll be forever going here.

This place is HORRIBLE. I decided to try it anyway despite the other recent horrible reviews. We ended up leaving before we even got our nails done because they were SO rude and we were the only people in there. We paid and they did not give us a refund. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. They do not care and will straight up yell at you for asking them questions.

Jaz is my go to girl. I have been using her and Nhan for many years. They have been so good to me in and out of the salon. Jaz always gets my nails and toes exactly how I like them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Since Covid you do have to make an appointment. She’s very good about working you in to make you look good. I would recommend this salon.

Jasmine is top notch with my dip & eye brows. She is always on time, funny, friendly, & professional! She’s always trying to get me out if my box, sometimes it works & I love the results.
Sam does an amazing pedi. She’s quiet but she’s really good!
Everyone in the shop is friendly & professional.

I have been in here a couple times and every time they act like they are inconvenienced and very rude. I attempted again and got the same thing. Walked out and went somewhere else.

Got my nails done and was apparently given the person who only does pedicures.when I told them who did my nails they said "NEVER AGAIN". Cracked two nails within a few days I'm 24 and have worn acrylic since I was 15 over my natural nails and NEVER had this happen.they repaired two nails with no charge and a couple days later the rest of the 8 nails cracked and they told me I now have to pay full price for a new set.even though my first was super thin and cracked. I'm beyond upset and I'm mad I gave a tip the first time. They even laughed and talked about another client they let the lady do who messed up my nails. I had to even push my cuticles back because the acrylic was underneath my cuticle causing my nails to hurt.

No customer service! Came in to get brows waxed. The man said no one to wax brows available. I said ok and then asked if there was a bathroom my 8 yo daughter could use. The man said no go to Wendy's. No bathroom for non customer. I said I came to be a customer but you don't have staff. He said no go to Wendy's, sorry. They come into our neighborhoods take our money and give no respect in return. Horrible.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE going here! Jazz always does AMAZING work. If you haven’t been yet, you definetly need to go! One of the best nail techs I have had. An I WILL NOT go anywhere else! Hands down satisfied! ️️

The owners/ husband and wife are pro's. Such a beautiful job! Then their are the son and his gf. He does a, MUCH better than her.
Tho, both have attitudes AND will argue with customers. Yea.
