This is a trash company.
I haven't sent anything in 2 years, so it's an email and I don't get any feedback when I chat on the site.
So I left a comment on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to send the items
I deleted Instagram and Facebook, and Twitter reported an account.
It's my first time making a direct purchase in Korea, so I'm embarrassed.
Why aren't you responding when you said you'd give me feedback in August?
Keep deleting and keep reporting.
I'll keep digging and posting other accounts.
I'll keep doing it until you send me the goods.

Made a purchase for an OzTent Tent fly. Then found out (from OzTent) that the fly I purchased and thought would be compatible with my tent was a no-go.
I contacted Artemis and Keri was awesome, as the item had not shipped yet I was able to cancel and thus avoid return shipping costs.
They were super accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.

Used to be good place but i guess its all falling apart.got part of my order but after multiple emails and noone ever answers phone i gave up.this order was over 4 months ago.ive even went to new store and talked with owner he said he knew nothing about it but would ship it.month later when im back in town still dont have my tire deflator.stopped by store noone there looked in window and looks like theyre packing up? Luckily my bank can dispute part of order since i bought several things at once.glad i didnt buy that expensive stove and fridge then as i originally planned.i try to support local and these folks were always nice but i cant support this company.

I don't trust this store.
They will not send me the items I purchased and will not refund my money.
I have contacted them numerous times and they ignore me.
They run an incredibly bad business.
Several people have the same ratings and write ups.
You should look at the ratings listed by others before purchasing items from this store.

Aaron and his crew at Artemis were fantastic! They sourced a hard to find RSI SmartCap for my truck in just a couple short weeks; when I went to pick it up, they even assembled it and installed it. Artemis carries proven solutions for overlanding problems (even ones you didn't know you had!) and is a fantastic resource for local events, conditions and support. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

Their response is totally mistaken. First of all I am in Japan, not Korea. I have not received any email response from them and I have repeatedly told them that I want my refund by credit card or paypal, not by check remittance since it’s not redeemable here. I believe this is either they lacked confirmation or they are making false reports. Again, I would like them to make sure to refund by credit card or paypal, full amount USD25,175.2023/1/7

The response was horrendous.
An item I reserved six months ago has not been shipped after the scheduled date.
I contacted them but never received a reply.
Very disappointed because it was an expensive product.

I was a small business owner for 35 years. Thank goodness there wasn't social media back then! All I know is that Aaron is an expert in the field, and I trust him with my business. Thanks, Aaron, for a great store and customer service.

Artemis has a good variety of great camping equipment. We love our zero23 tent! They really spent time with us and when we had a problem with the zipper they told us to bring it back in and they fixed it. The Engel cooler is also highly recommended!

Ordered a $2,700 winch from this company and then heard NOTHING for weeks. We're working on 2 months now and my order has not shipped and they won't return my calls or emails. I called and emailed every contact publicly available - nothing. The owner did initially respond to my first email the day I placed the order where I requested to change my billing address.however no response once I was inquiring about the status of my order months later. From other reviews it seems this is a common issue and there is something larger going on here because they're hosting meetups but recently received an "F" rating from BBB. I'm just confused as to why they keep the online store open taking orders that they're not planning on shipping, giving paying customers the silent treatment.
Ultimately I had to cancel the payment with PayPal to get refunded my money. Very disappointing. Do not order from here!

Keri and Aaron are the salt of the Earth. Everything they do they do it with all that they you have. I think about our first camping trip, and Keri was making hamburgers in the water like in the rain and it was miserable. She just made it so easy on everyone and then it’s like family. I’ve been to a lot of events and it is family centered it. It makes you feel like you belong.

This product was ordered on August 27,2021.
The product to order is zero.
However, I still haven't received the product and haven't received any answers.
Even if you send a message, there is no answer even if you send an Instagram, Facebook, or email.
Is this company running?
It is the first company since I bought it directly from the U. S.
It must be a very messy company.

Purchased my Backwoods bumper and Come Up winch form Artemis, they did a clean install at a great price. I have ordered and received traction boards and various equipment since. Great store, very friendly and easy to deal with.
