Arterra KC, Kansas City MO

I have lived at Arterra for the past year and a half. I have always been treated with respect. The property staff are all welcoming and communication is 5 stars. A new management company recently took over and the transition has been seemless. The gym, pool and grounds are all well kept. The social lounge on the 12 floor is perfect for entertaining and beautiful view of downtown. The montly events are fun, great way to meet the neighbors. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, Union Station, and KC Streetcar. I have lived in a studio and one bedroom, nice layouts and I don't hear my neighbors.

One of the best places to live in KC. Brooke and her team are trully great and go above and beyond to answer or help out on anything. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the loud stomping neigbor upstairs and overall thin walls.

I have only lived here a month, but so far the experience has been great. The location is great for young professionals and the units are excellent for the price (except for closet space lol). But what has me praising this building so strongly is the staff. Brooke especially did so much for me during the move in. Truly went above and beyond to help deal with my movers when I couldn't be there and made my life so much easier. 10/10

Living here has been wonderful. The property staff was amazing, especially Brooke. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes it easy to reach out to her with any concerns or questions, and she consistently responds promptly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the common areas are always well-maintained and clean. The apartment itself is fantastic as well. The layout and modern amenities make it a joy to come home to every day. I highly recommend Arterra as your next home.

Arterra is an exceptional property to call home! But, even more exceptional are the property management team that makes it that way. Brooke & William went above and beyond in every way from the moment I viewed the property & moved into Arterra. Their responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and resident-centric approach was above and beyond anything I have experienced at other properties. I highly recommend Arterra because of the community, experience, and home they create!

Best place I’ve ever lived in Kansas City. When I had to move out (moving cities) I honestly was so sad about leaving this apartment. I never had any safety concerns, any minor issue I had was quickly addressed, the management always kept us up to date about any issues or anything that would involve us or our building/neighbourhood. The place is always clean, the apartments are well built and appliances were amazing. I literally am obsessed with this place and I am devastated I have to leave it. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody!

Best apartment I’ve ever signed a lease with. Brooke and William made it so easy to get everything signed and ready, helped me understand the process and lease extremely well, the moving process has been seamless, and my apartment is beautiful. Marco even noticed we were struggling with a box and came over and offered to carry it for us. If you’re looking to get a place in Kansas City, this is the spot you want to be! I won’t sign anywhere else, and simply cannot wait to enjoy my apartment! Thank you to the entire Arterra team for making it so stress free!

Great location, helpful staff, and friendly residents. Arterra is truly a gem in the Crossroads area of KC.
