3We have banked with Arvest for many years, and never had a problem. This past week my husband deposited cash into the bank- it was counted twice and they got the same amount. He received a receipt for less than what we had counted out, then after he got home they called to say that they had mis-counted and it was actually $800 less. There was no recourse for us- no options- just take what they said and deal with it. Moral of the story- if you take cash to any bank make sure that the count is correct and get it signed off by the manger before leaving them with the cash!
West Republic Road branch is my favorite! They are so attentive and helpful! The learn all their customers names and are always friendly! Highly recommend them!
Easy drive thru. Came to take money out. Didn’t have to talk to anyone haha. Love it. I’ve only been with arvest a few months and I really like their bank
