Derek is the man to see when you visit Ashley in Kirkwood. He’s extremely knowledgeable about all the products and took his time to explain things and answer any questions we had. We will return to see him and buy additional items as well as recommend him to friends and family.

I went to this store to purchase an ottoman I saw on the website. I had an in store credit from a warranty we had purchased with our couches that we never used. The ottoman was priced at $599 on the website. The sales man in the store told me it was $749 in the store and they would not price match the website price because I was using an in store credit toward my purchase. I think that’s just super shady and horrible customer service. The sales man seemed very uneducated and inexperienced. I asked if I could put the remaining balance on my Ashley store card and was basically told they would rather I didn’t because it’s too much work to figure out on their end.

Great location. Fantastic selection. They honored an online deal in-store and JR had to jump through some hoops to finalize it. Will be going back.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. I had done a lot of shopping around at different stores. Then I noticed that most of the furniture I liked was made by Ashley, so I decided to go to the Ashley store. Patient knowledgeable salesman JR explained all of my options, and made it a non stressful experience. Great job!

A really nice experience. The salesman (Tim Matt) was helpful and attentive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Very clean store had a lot of product in it. Nice furniture and inexpensive furniture as well but inexpensive is fairly poorly put together. I didn’t buy anything from them cause to me. The payments were a little bit high for the quality of the furniture.

A much better experience than the South County (Mehlville) store. Tim took care of us with some assistance from another sales person. Will definitely come back here for future purchases

I had the worst experience when I purchase the furniture from Ashley furniture store as of November 2022
I had a hell of time getting undamaged bedroom set. No wanted to repair or replace or refund me. Even when I contacted Bbb, Attorney Generals Office. As of May 2023 I was able to switch to a different Bedroom set and that one was damaged also I had seven different exchanges. As of SEPTEMBER. 2023 I rate this company as a FAT ZERO. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Derek at the Kirkwood store was an amazing. He was knowledgeable and took the time to find the right mattresses for us. I am getting much better sleep because of this. Additionally, he was able to secure us financing or we wouldn’t have been able to purchase items for our new home. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He really made our experience enjoyable and less stressful.
