Been using Ashley Brothers for years and recommending them to all of my friends. Chuck Ashley is the best. Of all days, 102 out, my AC stopped working. Left word for Chuck hoping he could get here within a day. Even though it was later in the day, and on a Friday, he responded within a short time and stopped after working hours to repair my unit. My lines were freezing, and I knew from research that it was likely a freon leak. Called the morning of needing service and the techs were able to arrive the same day within 6 hours. They were very informative and gave me great recommendations, especially about having pets and having my dryer duct so close to the outside a/c unit. I recommend Ashley Brothers and will use them again.

I am so grateful to Ashley Brothers! Chuck came out the same day I called him about my AC acting up. It was well after normal business hours and he had my house cooling down before he even left. Thankfully it was a few simple fixes, but he was so helpful and informative - I now know how to take care of my system; things I unfortunately didn't know before. My whole household is very pleased with his quick and honest work - especially the ones with fur.

Dylan came to our house on Valentines Day because another company had botched a part and blamed me. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He called to let me know his estimate on time was going to be a little later which was completely acceptable due to the weather and the holiday. He got our heat back on during the coldest day of the year and we couldn't be happier with the service and price. They have a customer for life!
