This is the problem with the industry. 1-30-24 at anheiser bush st louis mo 3: 30pm.while waiting to get out. I am trying to be courteous to other trucks that were waiting before me. And your driver just cuts in front of us all. Not caring about anyone else except himself. I did not appreciate that at all. We have schedules and a 14hr clock to go by also. Please send to your safety department

The purchase protection provided by Ashley Furniture Home Store has proven to be nothing short of a deceptive and unscrupulous ploy to exploit customers. After taking excellent care of my furniture for 5 years I tried to redeem a protection plan credit, and it is not bing honored! $349.99. Despite visiting the store, reaching out to GBS warranty, and even contacting Ashley Home Store's customer support, the blatant disregard for customer loyalty and the refusal to fulfill their promises is a glaring testament to their lack of integrity. This experience exemplifies the complete disregard this company has for its customers' time, money, and trust. Avoid the Ashley Furniture Home Store at all costs – it's a masterclass in broken commitments and a betrayal of consumer faith.

Part wouldn't fit on furniture. Item had to be returned. Canceled the order after several attempts to get updates on a replacement. Kept getting a busy signal when dialing the number to the distribution center. Service has definitely declined at Ashley over the years. Will shop elsewhere going forward.

Recently bought a very expensive bedroom suit from this store. When it arrived they didn’t have all the ‘bolts’ to put it together right so half of my bed is still sitting in the floor. The salesman raved about how everything was solid wood construction. When the base didn’t fit like it was supposed to I started modifying the bed so that we could use it, and realized that part of it atleast was pressed cardboard. The delivery drivers/installers that showed up with our adjustable base just sat it on the bed and took off out the door without saying anything leaving it not finished and then forged my wife’s signature to say we were satisfied. Every time I try to call the store they say it’s not their problem call customer service. Everytime I call customer service I get routed to the Phillipines to get told in broken English that ‘all sales are final. Sorry it’s on your property, it’s your problem. ’

I work here, I personally believe things are over priced, but they do look nice, and probably actually worth it for the people who can afford the product

I opted to pick up my furniture which was an hour away. Then when I got home I unboxed my headboard, but to my surprise there was no headboard posts so I couldn't connect the rails to it. Customer service was kind of rude and kept interrupting me. It was hard to understand them due to connection issues on their end and very broken English.

Had 2 deliveries scheduled both with wrong furniture on truck, on top of that they can take that "whiteglove delivery" label off because some of the furniture had footprints on it and rips in the material, no plastic or not in box just wrapped dirty moving blankets. Refused the deliveries get to the store, they tried to offer some displays that everyone has been sitting on for 10% off.

I would suggest ya'll go to Carol House Furniture because after fiascle, late on a Saturday I went to Carol House and found something comparable that was in stock, so I went and grabbed my box truck and was able to pickup from warehouse that evening with everything in box, plastic, and clean white fabric sheet protectors.

Don't buy anything from Ashley, which is a national franchise company, so good look trying to get ahold of anyone. Store associates will tell you whatever for the sales and commission, and they delivery/warehouse is not careful with furniture.
