Was quoted widely differing prices by multiple sales people, and was told they wouldn’t match the price listed on the Ashley Furniture website. When I asked why they wouldn’t match the online price, the first salesman said the price listed online was “basically cost, and wouldn’t give him a good enough margin”. The second saleswoman I spoke with quoted me a much lower price for the merchandise, but a higher price for delivery! When I questioned the discrepancy, she said she’d have to have the first salesman call me back, because “they don’t undercut each other because they can’t have that tension in their store. ” She ended up calling me back and offered a price higher than her original quote. I get not wanting conflict with coworkers, but not at the expense of customer! What a terrible way to run your business!

I can't say enough good things about the Ashley Outlet store in Lebanon. My sales person was Paul and he was very patient and helpful when we were trying to find the items that I wanted. Actually everybody in the store was more than helpful. Whenever I'm in the market for some additional furniture I will certainly make Ashley's Outlet my one and only store I shop at.
