Asian Gifts is a fun store with all sorts of things for anime lovers, sword lovers, and much more. The staff has been very courteous and helpful.
Very poor customer service. My son tried to return something and the lady just stood there telling me she didn't know what to do and I had to come back. After explaining that I had to leave State for a funeral she continued to just stand there and tell me she doesn't know. There is 2 problems here 1 this place needs to teach there employees how to do everything before they leave them there alone and they need to learn how to have good customer service. My son spends tons of money at that place and if I do by chance get back from out of state before the 14 days we will go up there for the return and never go back again. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service all around
