Asian King Buffet reviews
18This place was dirty. Extremely dirty. The selection of food was poor and of poor quality. I am surpirsed the health department hasn't shutter this place. A cup of noodles from the dollar store is a safer and better bet than this place. Disgusting on all fronts.
Some of the chicken was good but some of it was cold and other foods didn't taste right. It was affordable however I won't go back
It was alright… could have been a lot better.
The crabrangoons were questionable (hardly no filling) same with the egg rolls (lacked flavor). Which was really disappointing. Probably won’t come back.
I can honestly say the best crab Rangoon I've ever had. Buffet is good but their mongolian why I visit. Servers are always so pleasant and kind. One of the places I visit when I'm in spfd.
Food and service excellent. Nice atmosphere.clean store. Every time we go we have a wonderful meal!
Not worth the money. First round at the Buffett the food was cold then they brought out fresh and the wings, and most chicken dishes we way over cooked, the wings were so tough you could not eat them. Decided to give it a third try and pretty much the same, except this time I got some mussels and they were actually pretty good and the hot and sour soup was good. Other than those two thing I was not able to finish any item. Very disappointing
The food was pleasant, the server made a little joke with me, the dining room was fairly quiet but not silent. The silverware was clean. I'll definitely go again! A second experience is their food will probably lush me to 5-stars.
Oh my God, I went there for my birthday and was excellent. The seafood buffet is to die for $15 she can't ask for more!
The buffet food was amazing. They had everything that you could want and more. Tried new things and found I love sushi. The staff was nice. I'll most certainly go back.
It was a nice place to go, and they accommodated us very well with the high chairs and pitcher on the table for our bottles. The service was fantastic!
The food was good and the service was great! Stopped here as we passed Springfield and enjoyed our lunch
Food was mediocre!
Sushi was extremely tiny gas station quality sushi.rest of the food was just ok.won't go back.
Everything was hot, great service, clean, and they work as a team. Great energy in this restaurant.
By far the WORST buffet I have ever eaten at! The food was almost warm, been sitting for awhile, and not much od a selection. I just barely made it home and had explosive craps! Three time in less than 30 minutes! I sure there is more to come, my stomach is still rumbling! Go else where, definitely not here!
Visited here on a whim, after driving to Golden Dragon and China House in Ozark, and then Ha's in Sparta, and finding out that all three of these were closed or did not have a buffet. (My husband is minorly obsessed with Chinese food and has an insane appetite.) This was my first visit since 2015, but it hasn't changed much.
Foods on the buffet are hit and miss.
The tiny crab rangoons are very savory and delicious. I love the coconut shrimp, and the cheesy crab bake is a favorite as well. The snack cakes on the dessert bar were also surprisingly fresh as well (they're often stale at other Chinese buffets).
Cashew chicken is my go-to entree when ordering takeout, but Asian King's was old and dried-up, and had a strangely watery sauce. Would have liked more vegetable options to fill up on, but I know not many people go to Chinese buffets with health in mind (lol). The visible part of the kitchen near the Mongolian grill looks sus, tbh.
All in all, service was great and our waitress kept our drinks full and our table cleared of plates. I don't think this is the cleanest restaurant or the best food, but there was enough variety of hot foods to fill up on and leave satisfied. If I had to go to a Chinese buffet in Springfield, this would probably be the one.
It's an okay buffet. The interior really needs an update. Food's okay not going to make you sick.
Typical Asian buffet, the food is pretty good though. The staff is always very friendly and there is hardly ever a wait.
