Would not recommend, I have been having extreme tooth pain so I set an appointment with them. Come to find out, they rescheduled me a month out and never said a word. Not worth wasting your time on.

Went in and got my procedure done and was told my insurance covered it all. A week later was sent an $1000 bill and had 0 help from anyone in Aspen dental as they said i was wrong and had to pay. Check with insurance and Aspen was not only wrong but the fillings they did fell apart within a week. Mix that with the disrespect I got from the doctor the entire procedure and you get Aspen dental.

Setting up the appointment as a new patient was amazing. Thomas was the person who assisted me he was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. When checking in the receptionist, there was also very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. Somer Russell assisted me with the cost of the dental procedures and what my cost would be after insurance. Overall everyone that I had to deal with was extremely nice and very welcoming!

The service was incredibly friendly. They were a little bit slow but really busy so it was understandable. The dentist was great and the woman in financing was the best! I can't wait until I have my new smile!

I was told that the initial dental exam would be free of charge. The girls who did the exam was not professional at all. The spent over an hour making mouth extremely painful. I wanted them to stop but they kept saying that it would be free of charge and it’s good for me to take advantage of this offer. I finally agreed, and after the exam I talked to their manager about the dental treatment plan. I asked her again and she confirmed that the initial assessment was free. One month later, I received a bill. I called the dental office, the manager made a lot of excuses to cover her lies, and later she said that she would request the billing department to cancel the bill. She lied again! I am receiving bills again.

It has taken a month to get teeth. They are way to big and I have to wait almost two weeks to get them fixed. If they get them to fit, it would be worth it if not then the next review will be different. They never fixed my teeth. It was during Covid and they said my refund had expired even though I went there 4 times. It’s 3 years later and I still don’t have any dentures that fit.

Very friendly, and attentive. Got me in very quickly, worked with my insurance. Got me a return visit for the very next day!

Entire experience was rushed and unpleasant. They performed a filling without numbing agent, which now has to be redone (out of pocket) anyways because they did not do an adequate job of cleaning out the decay.

They never know why I'm there even though they're the ones scheduling the appointments. Scanning me for no reason, pushing me to buy a mouth guard every time I'm there, started motto over a year ago and am only halfway through treatment when it was only supposed to take 48 weeks max.

Very pleasant experience, the staff are truly glad that the patients are there. I'm terribly afraid of dentists but I was at ease the whole time, I would recommend Aspen to anyone

Staff is friendly & attentive, but my issue lies with their billing department. I was told my total with insurance was one number, then ultimately ended up paying 5x that amount. Plus it took almost an entire year to charge the right insurance. Wouldn’t have had the service if I knew what the true total would be. When I asked about why the stark difference, they didn’t answer at all- just silent. So I paid 5x the amount agreed upon, then to have one of my fillings not properly filled. Don’t want to go back if I have no clue what I’ll be paying.

Very friendly staff and friendly, caring doctor. This was my first visit, I had X-rays and an exam. I'm a self pay patient as I no longer have dental insurance. My former dental office, where I'd gone for 6 years, was going to charge me $97 MORE than what Aspen Dental charges for a routine teeth cleaning. I'm going back to Aspen for my cleaning in 2 weeks and I look forward to it.

I was told two different things over the phone. Was scheduled for noon same day and they called to reschedule because it was their lunch time. Understandable, however the lady I spoke with the first time told me that we can work a financial agreement out at time of service. (Perfect) I almost cried happy tears. The lady that just called me said it would be $300+ and that I would have to "apply" for the financial program beforehand and be accepted.things need to be communicated better somewhere. I was impressed with how kind the first lady was and she helped a bunch. Then the second lady seemed like I was an inconvenience and she couldn't cancel my appointment fast enough. Such a shame.

I didn’t like dentist until now, Doc and his staff were understanding they also explained everything before and while the procedure it was amazing!

Not exactly what the website offers, be aware of it but over all I'm hoping to have a good experience with them. I'll know after treatment
