Everyone was very nice and it didn’t take long for my appointment. Im always happier when I leave from here because they make my smile better then it was when I came in!

New dentist and appointment is 11: 30
1. Got here at 11 so I could fill out paperwork and make sure everything s good. I like to be early anyway.
2.11: 30 passes and no one in waiting room
3. I hear staff in the office area talking, laughing, running in and out of office.
4.11: 50 no sign of anyone calling me back
5.12: 20 I ask if I should reschedule and suddenly I get called back
6.12: 24 Exrays
7. Hygienist counts my teeth and says allot of numbers leaves room
8.1: 00 dentist comes and counts teeth and says number. Tells me I have 3 cavities (really?) need filling, need teeth alignment ($7000), have recessed gums (knew this one), wants to add filling over roots for recessed gums, wants me to get teeth whitening. (Ummm are you trying to sell me my mouth), leaves room
9.1: 39 still waiting for teeth cleaning.staff keep walking by my door. There’s no patience in this place. Wth?
10. Im gonna get a cleaning today but think another dentist will be looked into.
11. At. 149 get teeth cleaning, huge gait had a large water leak in chair hose for water state, had towels on floor and over hose, no protective glasses for me to wear, while cleaning teeth water gets all over face, hair, shirt which is also got my spit in it. Gross. Leave to check out and I tell receptionist it’s 230 and I’ve been there since 11 and she said ok.
No tooth brush or paste, no follow up appointment.
Ps $50 for fluoride today out of pocket which seemed reasonable.

Appointment at 8: 30 I’ve been here since 8: 20. Patients that arrived after me are going back before me even though some had later appointment times. I’m very skeptical about this place considering the terrible reviews. The customer service is not that well. It’s been over 40 minutes & I have not been serviced and every person that was here after me was service before me.

Currently 9: 30 and I still have no been serviced. Apparently there are several people waiting from 8: 30 appointments as well.

There are no dentists here, only salesmen. They’ll try to charge you for things you don’t need and diagnose you with things you don’t have. Their price for a basic filling is about 3-4x what other dentists charge. This way they can bill the insurance for a lot, and still charge you the normal amount. I highly recommend avoiding this place and it’s shady business practices.

I seen Dr. Parrott He’s trying to do too much. He’s been the only doctor and he’s managing the place. Also not spending enough time with his patience. No quality Had a bridge done top front Numbed me changed his mind Numbed me twice had a feeling put in left top did not feel all the way and left my tooth sharp had an implant put in came loose had to pack the bone put in another implant had to do it twice. Had a crown put on. Had the worst pain of my life, migraine headaches with the crown, and the implant Soaked in the tub for two days and a night. I have to have it done again the Crown.all of it had to be done two times not spending any time with his patience running from one room to the other likable guy. You do a good job making you comfortable just after everything done two dimes not good. Very bad A lot of unnecessary pain Worst experience I ever had with the dentist Honestly, I had the worst migraines two of them.for 2 days and I night each time.

The staff was excellent from start to finish, especially Dr. Brent Parrott, Dr. Jen, the Receptionist, and the Dental Assistant who did my X-Rays. The doctors made essential recommendations, and they are going to transform my dental profile beyond my expectations!

Had a cavity filled and a year later it became incredibly sore. I went to another dentist that said it had been done wrong and was falling apart. I went to Shouman & Tagerdine off Forum and they re filled it and now it’s great.

Although the staff is nice enough, I would Avoid Aspen Dental at all cost.

I had an appointment on Friday July 31 to have my teeth pulled I showed up and I was told my appointment had been cancelled the receptionist told me they called me and cancelled it because they needed to make another palate implant they never called me so I was made another appointment for Friday August 4 I go in and I was asked if I wanted to make a payment on my extraction I said yes I was first told it would cost me $324 but when I went to pay I was then told my part would be $587 there were only two people in the office. They were very rude to me I had enough money on my flex card to pay but after learning what I had to pay I didn't have enough money so I had to cancel my appointment so I guess it cost over $1000 to make impression but they kept avoiding my questions I wanted to know why it jumped from $324 to $587 they could not tell me my worst experience with Aspen dental I was lied to and rudely treated by the 2 employees that day

If your appointment is at 10: 30 you won’t be helped until 30 minutes to an hour after you arrive. I was here at 10: 20 and wasn’t helped until 11: 15. In pain I haven’t been able to sleep good the last couple nights and they just make you sit there and wait while people who got here after you go ahead of you. If you wanna make same day appointments to get something checked out look somewhere else this place is slow and not well staffed. Don’t listen to their times. 10: 30 appointments aren’t helped till 11 at the earliest. Just lazy. Sposed to be professional.

Unprofessional staff, inefficient communication, and poor cybersecurity exposing patient data! You can barely get anyone to answer and the office manager, Trisha operates that place poorly. Used them since 2019, now I left and went to ProDental. I emailed multiple requests to obtain my dental records and received no response! I had to physically visit the location, just to be told due to their system they can’t access my records to provide my new dental office, only X-Rays were available. So glad I switched to ProDental! They are friendly, communicate, and I don’t fear losing my dental records. 1 star experience! People, the reviews tell you what you need to know about this location. Going down hill!

Started coming here this year and they have been great until now! My dentist is amazing and this isn’t her fault.the staffing was aware i leave the state in may because of school and i was supposed to get a crown placed-it didn’t fit so they scheduled me another 2 weeks out, on the day i leave the state, to get it placed.i was assured by everyone i talked to to not worry about it. 20 minutes before my appointment they called me and cancelled, saying they didn’t have the crown.i missed the call and when i tried to call back they did not answer twice.all of my voicemails have been ignored and i only call when they’re open and still can’t get through.last week i was told by the receptionist he would call me right back after he checked on the crown and never did.now i’m out of the state, over 3 weeks since i should have gotten it, and waiting for them to just ship my $600 crown to my city’s aspen dental and fix this.i don’t understand how they can’t call me back or figure this out.as a college student paying for this myself i should have picked any other dentist office and wouldn’t have this problem.

AVOID ASPEN DENTAL IN COLUMBIA MISSOURI. This office is so disorganized and its business operations need to be scrutinized by corporate. I made an appointment thru the call center (Rachel) on 5/18/2023. I also called the actual location to confirm my appointment with the office manager (Marc Jones). I showed up to my appointment on 5/22/2023 to be told by the female office manager "We don't have you scheduled. 2pm is our lunch break so there is no way you could have had an appointment. " I showed her my email confirmation of the appointment with date and time, to which she replied "We've been having scheduling issues and glitches in our system for awhile. " Don't you think those issues should be fixed? Marc called my insurance only to tell me that Aspen Dental is OUT of network. Contrary to the Aetna website stating that 3 of their dentists are IN network. I wasted one hour of time sitting in the waiting area. During that time, I observed many other unhappy patients. One patient had appointment at 2pm but wasn't seen until 2: 30pm. Two other patients walked out because they had been waiting a long time and couldn't wait any longer. As I left, 7 more patients walked into the crowded waiting area. Apparently all NEW patients are considered walk in appts. This is the only dentist office I have been to in my entire life which schedules separate appointments for cleaning and checkup (typically they are done at the same visit). There is not one single good thing I can say about Aspen Dental Columbia Missouri. They don't care about wasting people's time and it shows.

Wildly impressed with every single person I interacted with at Aspen Dental. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon with a broken molar that was causing me a lot of pain. I had called my regular dentist’s office as well as an urgent dental care office and neither could see me until Monday. I’d never been to Aspen before but their reviews looked promising in terms of emergency situations, so I popped in.

The ladies at the front desk informed me that they were booked and didn’t think they would have time to fit me in, but one of them said they would double-check with the dentists, anyways. I don’t know if they are always so accommodating to random walk-in’s or if I just looked extra pitiful, but she came back pretty quickly and told me they’d get me taken care of. I literally wanted to cry; I was so grateful.

I honestly planned on just having the tooth pulled, as my regular dentist had previously looked at the tooth (months prior, before the sudden onset of pain) and it was going to be a very involved and expensive fix. Imagine my surprise and relief when I was told I likely didn’t need half of what I’d been told was necessary. It’s now Friday, less than 24 hours after I walked in yesterday, and I just left their office. Today’s procedure of putting on a temporary crown took less than 45 minutes and it was painless - both the dental work and the cost. I’ll have one more follow-up in a couple of weeks to put the permanent one on, but I can breathe easy knowing the pain I was in is over with.

It goes without saying that Aspen will absolutely be my entire family’s new dentist office.

I couldn’t get an appointment until 6 weeks out. I took off work to go to the appointment, and when I got there they told me their computers were down and they couldn’t do anything. They told me it might take me another month until they could get me in.

What a joke wait a month to get in drive 20 mins to the office to get sorry our systems are down will call you to reschedule. Maybe try calling g people so you don't waste everyone's time.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The dentist, Brett, was great, also, displaying his expertise and spending quality time with me. I highly recommend.

Aspen dental did a good job on my teeth today. I'm sore but it's not too bad. Can't wait to get all the work done.
