Got my denture fixed quick. I came to the office to pick them up and no one was at the desk. Waited another 20 minutes until the receptionist came out and picked them up off her desk and said. They were right here. Thanks for the wait.

I never give bad reviews. I wish I would have read these before I made an appointment. I have new insurance and I just picked this place because they take my insurance. My appointment was at 2. I waited until 2: 45. X-ray machine was broken, and the ones they did take were pretty uncomfortable. The bite plates they used were huge, not like my old dentist. Waited for 15 more minutes to see the hygienist and she told me I had an "active infection" and that I had periodontal disease. I had been to my old dentist less than 6 months ago and there was absolutely nothing wrong. I also felt like they were building up to a huge, expensive "treatment plan". Then they wanted me to go in for a "financial planning" session. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. The only one who is over 25 is the dentist. I felt like I was in high school with all the giggling and talking. I was waiting once again for the financial session and finally told them I had to leave. I had to get out of there. I'm sorry Aspen, but I will never return. I am willing to pay out of pocket to go back to my old dentist.

Probably the best visit to a dental facility. Thorough, listened, Overall excellence! Comfortable! This coming from someone that used to dislike any visit to a dentist.

My appointment was changed to 1130 am. I checked in at 1125 and left at 12: 15 without being seen. Not the first time this happened.

Well my first appointment they messed up on so I rescheduled for today September 20th at 8am I confirmed my appointment by the text message THEY send you. I got to my appointment around 719am and set till 8 because it's not open till 8. I go in just to be told my appointment was canceled. The girl said they called to confirm appointment. I moved from Indiana and had no issues with Aspen there.

My, visit started late. Appointment was for 11am, not called in til 11: 40. Tech did apologize as she was alone. She took my dentures and told me I needed a relining. She took the took them back to remove old one. She bought them back and started getting new liner ready She put in my mouth told She would be back in 2 min. It was more like 25 min. I had another Tech get her. This super stupid customer service. I was told Aspen was a good place to do business. So far this is not true. Week before appointment was canceled 30 min before time.

Scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend to get a tooth pulled. Was suppose to get it done today. They called and canceled it which sucks because he’s in a lot of pain! And The person he talked too had an attitude and was rude.

I was met with open arms and they did their best to see that I paid as little out of pocket as possible! I greatly appreciate that fact, for sure! Everyone was friendly and made me feel right as though I belonged there. No problems! I thank them most graciously for that, also.

Can not speak for the Dentist on staff. Scheduling for this company is a complete disaster. I called on Fri the 21 of July expecting to get in the following week. They said they had an appt Sat 22nd at12: 15. Great. Changed my plans I live close with no current dental insurance. I arrived early as instructed and doors were locked. I had also previously gotten an text to confirm my appt. Finally the office manager unlocked the door and asked what I needed. I told her she said she had no record and became frustrated. She was clearly upset about onging scheduling mishaps that make there jobs more difficult. I felt bad for her and told her it would be ok. However other people that came into the office got their appt. I called the same day and spoke with a Kate. She informed me that someone from patient services would get back with me. Ive had to do all the leg work. It seems no one stands up for themselves and you just let it slide. Im A USMC Veteran that proudly served our country. You should proudly serve your company and follow up on who dropped the ball and hold them accountable!

I had an abscess tooth and tried to get an appointment the week of the 4th. Website said open, walk in welcome. I show up and it is locked and I call the number, the girl answering said their open but but not taking appt's dr off for the week. Scheduled my appt on line and Mon evening they confirmed the appointment but it is a different time. So I go ahead and keep the appointment and I show up and they can't locate me in the schedule (again same girl) I proceed to remind her of the conversation of Monday evening and her comment was "Oh Yea" But now I am not on the schedule But I can come back Thursday was her reply. So me and my achey tooth will not be back and nor will I recommend them. I did have a client who warned me not to go to Aspen. While being a convenient location, their professionalism is very lacking. Nor did they care that my tooth was abscessed.

I have been going to this office for over a year, but after today, I will not be returning. The reason? Dr. Meshal Alborno.

His behavior & comments were completely unacceptable. As a dentist, he should not look me up & down, then ask “do you want to have a healthy lifestyle? ” & “how much do you snack in a day? That will tell me how much I will need to drill on your teeth”

I am well aware dental health is correlated to your overall health, & vise versa, but to advise a patient to “only eat carrots & clementines” is completely unprofessional. Not only is a clementine a sugary acidic fruit, but this DENTIST has NO idea what my DOCTOR & I have discussed regarding my “healthy lifestyle. ” This dentist has no idea of the medications I take, if I have an eating disorder, or any other outstanding health issues that could impact my weight.

On top of all of that, he called me a liar on how often I brush & floss, which I have no reason to lie. My teeth are white, straight, with no sensitivity. The outlandish comments by this man has me not even believing any diagnosis that comes out of his mouth.

Aspen dental charged my insurance for full dentures when they only pulled several teeth two years ago. Current dentist can't get paid for current dental work. Impossible to get hold of Aspen for this!

Not having a clue about Aspen dental this place is awesome. We were so pleased the way they took care of Wilfred Wehner. The dentist and the girls are so fun and professional. I’ve never seen a team work together like they do. We can’t thank them enough. Definitely will refer to Aspen Dental. If I need a place I would def go to them. Thank you Dr Adams, Haley, both Taylor’s that I met McKenzie and anyone else I met. 5star all the way.

I have been here 5 times. My overall experience wasn’t very good, I didn’t feel cared about or listened to, my treatment plan was changed more than once without my knowledge. I decided to give it one last try today and waited for 45 minutes to be seen before canceling my appointment and finding another dentist.

Very good experience and prices were good. Dental hygienist very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I have to get a root canal and all services are done at the same location!

Everyone was courteous and pleasant. The Dr was very efficient and listened to all my concerns, and explained my options completely. I had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist was quick, gentle and explained everything she was doing. Very good experience.much better than my Lees Summit office visit.

My appointment for a filling was for 10 am. I was left waiting in the exam room for over an hour and a half. I was roughly handled, and my tongue and upper lip were both cut during the procedure. The whole experience was disappointing, and I was not satisfied with my quality of care.

I recently had a follow-up implant work down by Lee Summit office. The dentist completed stage 2 for 2 implants. He never sent in prescriptions for antibiotics or pain meds after opening my gums. In addition, I had just had a root canal that week, and I require pre med. I had to call several times as I have other health issues that would require antibiotics following major dental. I finally got a prescription the next day after 1 pm for pain/antibiotics. Then, I came back in for a scan for implants. The scanner was not working, so they got another one and scanned, scanned, scanned, I sat there for over 2 hours to get a scan that ended up being wrong. So now I have to go back and have to wait even longer for my teeth. I've since just decided to see Dr. Wedie up north, at Aspen, he's amazing caring, patient centered, and does a great job.
I won't be back to Lees Summit

I had an appointment at 9 a.m, I arrived 30 minutes early per their request. At 10a.m. And having watched 5 other people, all with appointments later than mine all be taken to be seen I decided to leave. No one ever said we are running behind, we’re short staffed, NOT a word. My time is worth something TOO!
This was at the Belton, Mo.location. I wouldn’t recommend them. At ALL.
