Aspen Dental, Florissant MO

Everyone at the Florissant location were great. The hygienist Rhonda was very gentle during my cleaning and X-rays. Doctor Mann was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to diagnosing what was wrong with my tooth. Will definitely be back! Recommend to anyone!

Everyone seemed very nice. No doors in this place, and like privacy. Receptionist was very professional.

Don't go to Aspen dental unless you have the ability to spend from $15,000 to $20,000 for dentures it's ridiculous I have $5,000 insurance dental insurance and I couldn't even get dentures there. Aspen dental is for rich people not the average American.

Ok, mlk day, my only day off to take dad (78) to get last 2 teeth pulled which are causing him horrible pain, almost closing time so we appreciated doc taking dad in.
HOWEVER, during extraction its hurting dad who moans and doc says please stop moaniing or other customers will hear you and may leave!
Then goes to pull it
and dad moans. Doc then says thats it your gonna have to go to a oral surgen.
Dads mad, it hurts and wants tooth out, he says pull theGD tooth, Doc pulled it quick- told nurse hedidnt get it all but it will come out eventually. $700 and no compassion at all!
Horrible customer service!
Luckily dad told me after we got home!
Doc may have been missin a tooth or 2 for treating my daddy with such disrepsect!

Got a infection and the lady said she gave me my prescription then wanted to argue gave me three pieces of paper instead of saying she made a mistake won't even call me back with her mistake if you can't talk to your co workers and do your job you have no business in the health field no I'm at a doctor getting my antibiotics because you are incapable of responsibility they said they would call me back wanted 15000.00 to put in one tooth and a few cavitys

The minute I walked in, and I was met with professional yet very kind. People always smiles on their faces. I was a little nervous, but I was comforted and both the doctor and the but I guess the nurse and everybody that I met were very kind I would totally Refer anybody I know to Aspen dental

I developed a horrible toothache over the holiday weekend. The dentist office was closed for the holiday and I really didn't expect to be seen right away. I called them the day they returned to the office and to my surprise they were able to get me in the same day. They explained to me what was going on with my teeth and gave me the options of resolving the problem. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to my family and friends.

It was a waste of my time. Went through unnecessary x-rays just to be told they do not except my insurance. This needs to improve.

I had a great experience at aspen dental. They were able to get me in as a new patient very quickly and treated me with care and respect. So far I have no complaints at all.

I was given false financial info. I wasted time, gas, and energy bkz I was not told the truth.

It was cool until I went home with no medicine I came in with a lot of pain and my face swelled up and they told me that I have to come back up there to talk to somebody just to get medicine after being there for 2 hours. And the doctor already told me he was going to give me antibiotics for my swelling and also my pain. It was an emergency. So now I have to reschedule other than that it was okay.

Thank to the hard working staff at Aspen Dental. For excellence job! I'm pleased

They're great very nice. If you have to pay out of pocket, make sure they give you an itemized list before you pay though. It may save you a few grand like me.

My experience was great everyone was nice patient and I would definitely tell anyone else about it
