Complete unprofessional management that doesn’t show up for scheduled appointments. I waited 30 min, i contacted the leasing manger and no answer at all.
I've lived at Bristol for a little over a year, and haven't had any major problems. The hallways, and gym are always kept up, and no odors which is a plus. Maintenence crew are great as well.
Great response time from management, they let you know what's going on and for how long. Great communication
Aspire at Bristol Park is a great place to rent at! They have a great gym, pool, location, staff etc. They have renovated the place and everything is up to date. Very affordable price for the space you get! They have an area for dogs to roam and they are very pet friendly here! Definitely 10/10 recommend!

The manager, Heather, is really nice! We appreciate the quick response time and the great service her and the team have given us! The amenities are pretty nice and its really close to the highway.
I remember when they gave us heads up when they were testing the fire alarms! Wish that was a thing again!
We have had no issues here! The new management is night and day different from the old ones. They are much more on top of things, have brought so many upgrades in a short amount of time, and have tried to bring the community together with events and activities! Much more friendly staff and the new head of maintenance is such a great guy!
I have lived here for about two years. The new staff is so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of fun activities to participate in this holiday season! It is a safe environment and the new latch system brings extra security for my peace of mind!
The move in process was quick and easy. Heather was Super friendly and lovely to work with. Our apartment is great! We love it here so far!
I lived. Here going on 7 years soon. Things haven’t been good. But until new company took over. It’s slowly getting better. Lot new things getting done. That honest, needed it. But others didn’t do. The new owners are stepping it up. New roof. New parking lot. The pool bern taken care of, which hadn’t in years. New things happening lot. I know it’s time we get this but, you have give it time. Worst experience ever. Have called numerous times and emailed and no answer. New management is never on property or always has door shut. Have had no water pressure in master bathroom and the couple times I have found them and put in work order still nothing has been done. More people are moving out than in. Been very stressful trying to get answers.
This place is a joke. Complete joke. We went to give our notice that we’re moving out, 40 days prior to leaving. Come to find out they’re requiring 60 days notice…. And the cherry on top…. Is since our lease is up in October… They spiked the cost astronomically! So we will be prorated the NEW rent cost for 20 days which is MORE than our actual rent for a month.
They think a 1 bedroom apartment in this place is worth $1100? ! Please come take a look yourself and you’ll find this place is not worth even close to that.
Extremely friendly staff, convenient location, and well kept apartments! After looking for awhile, the responsiveness of the staff sold us. The apartments are spacious, and perfect for what we are looking for.
I have lived at Bristol Park for over 2 years now. The new manager Megan is awesome, sad that she is leaving. She was working on getting things done for her residents, than passing the buck. But she is going on to newer and better things. The new property manager will have some big shoes to fill! The leasing agent Jessica is very rude, talks over you, always has to ask you 21 questions in order to get one straight answer from her and seems to be drunk all the time.
We have new owners of the property, I hope they do what they say they are going to do for our apartments, as there is a lot of work to be done and we pay a lot of money to live here! It would be awesome to have designated maintenance people that are here daily to do their jobs, instead of taking them from other properties just to use them for 2 days a week. Things need to get fixed, done and completed here. For example, focus on the roof, windows and foundation, than the parking lot. We have water that comes in through the roof and our windows when it rains! Here's a thought Dalmark and Owners, fix things that need to be fixed and things that need to get done first and then go from there!
We have been here for 1 year, we have had two management companies since we have been here. The new management is trying to get things in place, working with the site manager Megan has been great. She has reached out and advocated for the residents when needed. She works hard and does the best she can for the residents at Bristol Park. It would be a terrible thing to ever lose such a great manager, I hope they can get her some good help in maintenance and other ares so the residents can see the transformation we were told would happen with new management.
