I absolutely love how quick and easy my phone replacement was. Asurion even sent someone out for same day delivery. The tech (Corina I believe was her name) was absolutely the best! Shw was super friendly, had an absolutely fantastic attitude and was very helpful.
I do wish that Asurion coved the camera lens in addition to the screen for repair so you don't have to replace the whole phone

Let me finish downloading my apps. I didn't have wifi and we used his to get mine to work. But he left before I could finish downloading all my app and I had to pay to get it done later.

The Asurion representative was super friendly, respectful, fast and efficient. Wish I got his name! Will definitely continue to use Asurion.

From the moment I called to the moment the guy left after bringing me my phone they kept preaching about home protection. After I said I don't want it thousands of time. Even the guy kept going after he said, I won't push you on this but kept pushing and telling me why he has it. If somebody says no leave them alone. Especially when they are trying to enjoy a meal with their family.

There wasn't anything else you could have done to make the experience any better. It was perfect!

When asurion ask you if you would like to have your phone delivered today. And you answer yes between 7: 00 and 9: 00 p.m.
That it says a person will be coming to your house. As this worked out fine, I had no idea till I was standing in line at a grocery store.
Because the way the question is asked very short. You think somebody's just going to drop your phone off so you can do the work or take it into Verizon or if they had an asurion store! Everybody's evening time is very valuable. They need to have like a 15 or 20 minute window and be there at the time when they call and give you a time.

Next time, send a guy who knows what he's doing lol. The asurion guy had no idea what he was doing when he was trying to set my phone up, and practically ran out and told me to go to the store when he couldn't figure it out. Turns out he just needed to change my Sim card over lol. Literally the simplest thing and he couldn't figure it out. I hope not all the representatives are like that guy.

Jenny was incredible and the overall process was very easy. She made the transfer and setup so easy, I was up and running on my new phone quickly.

You guys exceeded my needs. The guy that helped me is so helpful with information and he was calm and made everything very easy for me.

Your representative was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a lot easier process than I thought it would be. I am grateful that the process went the way that it did.

The online process was not as easy as I expected it to be but again the representative more than exceeded my expectations on helping me with everything.

The way they have this set up to where somebody comes to your home and helps you couldn't get any easier highly recommended

The late time frame is rough for a working mom with young children. However that or now phone means I will deal with the late 9pm delivery.

One of the best customer service experiences ever! The representative was extremely kind extremely courteous and they helped me so fast I couldn't believe it! I wish all companies could provide great customer service like what I received! This is a company that wants to keep customers! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The representative that helped me was top of the" T"! It's nice to see that customer service still exist, at some companies.
